cancelled flight

Had a flight cancelled after a 5 hour delay and airport personel could not credit my milage account. I called customer service and was told that the airport should have handled this. The person on the phone could not resolve the issue and I was told to e-mail customer service, which I have done 3 times without a response.

Free Ticket Promotion

I received a promotion for two free tickets to anywhere in the US good for the next 12 months. When I called to secure the tickets the agent said the promotion ended two weeks ago. I only received this card a few weeks ago and NOWHERE on this post card is that listed. When I called the Corporate offices their is no answer, or a continuous busy signal. When I contacted Customer Service they could only supply me with the Corporate phone number. This system stinks! This offer MAY be offered through a travel agency, but it American Airlines picture and name on this postcard. I expect more of American Airlines than this.

Ms

WORSE NIGHTMARE! Lost baggage, damaged stroller for special needs child-which cost over $300 and AA refuses to replace. The RUDEST staff I have ever encountered in my 65 years of flying! Staff can barely speak English!

Delayed flights are caused at the check-in counter, then they suck it to customers with a $75 fee to guarantee a seat as stand-by!!!! It's all a MONOPOLY!! The number listed for HEADQUARTERS is a JOKE! There's no live person to speak with! Tom Horton, CEO needs to improve his airline or get the hell out of the business!

ok let me get to the point

I love you guys. You are like supposed to join with United Airlines though busters. Cause you can't fly people cheap enough like before! Or clean enough. And bring back the MCDONALDS on flights for good sake and for adults too.

fraud

Tried to submit previously and web refused all word entries. One purse and one carry on is what I was told. AA employees were rude and took carry on which contained meds & a letter from MD for the need. Additionally I found after 3 phone calls I was charged one rate one way and DOUBLE THE RETURN. No explanations provided or offers to adjust schedule = no customer services and theft.

9 hours on hold over 4 days/hung up on twice

In trying to resolve a concern I have with American Airlines I have been placed on hold for over 9 hours in a period of 3 days, hung up on twice with the last Customer Service Rep saying "you can go to www.aa.com/customer relations and click on the link to e-mail customer relation. I gave you the procedures I have another call to answer, I am hanging up, I will not process your reques, goodbye and have a good day then she hung up.
