layaway complaint

To whom it may concern I had the worst eperience at the kmart in statesville nc. They lost my layaway and I stood in that store for more than 2hours. When asked what's the problem the clerk said that they moved aroung the storage area and it was misplaced . I put my items on layaway in october. The employees tried their best to find the missing items I was very disappointed in the company they did find 1 item after an hour wait . Do no whether I need to trust this company with layaways again

Joe Boxer Commercial

I was really surprised when I realized this tacky and crude commercial was sponsored by Kmart. It made me feel badly and a little sad. I guess Kmart is sending us a message that they don't value or care about what "Christmas" means to many of its customers. I'm going to return the few Christmas items I purchased at Kmart and will continue to keep in mind that family values apparently don't have much standing at Kmart. I know I'll feel much more comfortable shopping elsewhere, especially during this beautiful and sacred season.

Bait and Switch

Online special of $64.00 til 12/10 on Women's Leather Pencil Coat, but when I went to purchase, the price went up to $159.99. 2 of your cust.svc people in India hung up on me cause they didn't want to honor the advertised price and didn't know how to deal w/the problem. Been loyal cust. since 1991, spent much w/Kmart. Believe they should honor sale price to keep their word and me as a lifetime customer. Thank you.

Christmas commercial - GET IT OFF

I didn't think your commercials could get any worse! Then I saw the holiday commercial with the rewind and play back motion of people speeding back and forth near their car with someone repeating the same moronic phrase. It made me have a seizure and I DONT have a seizure disorder! AWFUL! Who is running your advertising campaigns? It's not just BAD, it's a health hazard!

Joe Boxer commercial

The recent holiday commercial with men in boxers who shake there hips and their bells/balls jingle. This ad is disgusting. Its perverted and way over the line of good judgement. Its offensive to women and out of bounds for children to see. Your best option is to pull this ad off the air. Not a happy jingle bells. Stop this ad. Denise Quenneville

Jingle Bell ad

I am very dismayed with your Joe Boxer Christmas ad. What were you thinking?! Don't you realize that handbell choirs are used in many Christmas programs often by children and or women? Can you imagine the shock kids or women experience when they get sucked into what appears to be a church concert suddenly transitioned into disgusting sleeze. If you don't have the good sense or decency to pull this immediately and apologize to the American people, then at least provide that this commercial is unfit for family viewing. Shame on you. You have lost a customer for life, same goes for Sears.

Jingle commercial

This ad is offensive and detrimental to all children and especially those who have been sexually abuse and those who have abused them. I will never shop at Kmart again and will encourage churches and everyone I know to not shop at any Kmart.

Joe boxer ad

This ad is repulsive and rude. I cannot believe you would run this type of advertising at any time but in particular in prime time when children would see it. Really?? Where are the good family values that this country supposedly stands for? I was astounded at the content and that it would be connected with the holiday season! Take it off!!! I will never buy joe boxer anything.

Terrible Commercials

I think your Back to School commercials are a disgrace. To have kids speaking and using the ghetto language is stereotypical and demeaning. I don't know anyone who speaks and acts like that except on TV. I change the channel every time they come on. I can't believe there hasn't been an outpouring of complaints to have these commercials removed. They are not funny and people should be infuriated by them. I would not shop at your stores and especially to buy kid's clothes after seeing these commercials.

commercial

I was so disgusted to see the back to school commercial showing young children speaking ghetto slang, hurling insults and gang sign hand gestures. This gave an aura of school yard bullying. You dropped Paula Deen for something 20+ years ago and then promote stereotype racism on TV. You kept Martha Stewart after she "fell from grace" and basically contributes nothing to the real world as the average person knows it. I will shop anywhere but Kmart unless the public is due an apology for setting education, grammar and moral values back decades. I teach third grade and this is just the kind of behavior we struggle daily to avoid - thanks for making our job harder. No wonder Kmart is in financial trouble. Maybe you do need to close the doors and do us a favor.

New Kmart TV AD

I am offended by your TV ad with the children on the playground. Not only is the dialog an example of unacceptable grammer. Do to the current climate regarding "hoodies" I believe it is in extremely poor taste. It is this sort of TV information being programmed into small children contributing to society's problems

regargs to daytona bch fl. store

I went to your store on I.S.B in Daytona Bch. Fl. on07/07/2013. My visit was to the jewlery dept. I wish I had made note of the employee that waited on me. She was wonderful!! She was very attentive to my delima on chains I was wanting to purchase for my granddaughters birthday. She took all the time needed and even made suggestions I hadnt even considered. It was around noon. I know people are always willing to take the time to call or write when they have a complaint. Most dont take the time to comment to the appopiate manager, supervisor. or main headquarters. I have always felt those who do their job above what is required of their position should be commended and praised for a job well done as it reflects on the co. as a whole. If you can possibley locate who that lovely young lady was please contact the store manager to take the time to praise her for making such an impression on me as a customer and as a person in general. Thank You for your time. K Culler
