Not enough associates.

This store does not have enough associates to keep up with all the needy customers. Too long to wait to be helped here.

Poor Customer Service

I've been to the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall Garden City 4 times. Each time I'm told to make an appointment, at each appointment they're running 15 - 20 minutes behind at the Genius Bar. All while sales people lean against the wall & stand by idle. SMH! I might be inclined to by something if someone would simply discuss my new Software with me. It's now 7:55 PM my appt. was at 7:30! SMDH!

Contacting the corporate security director of Apple

I have tried for days to locate the name of the director of Apples Retail Security. This is a big issue that needs to be discussed with the person who has authority to deal with legal issues concerning the security of Apples retail stores.

Long line, crowded store

Iphone problem and I went to the store. It was so busy and staff was running around everywhere. Very chaotic. They weren't able to fix my phone but they were very outgoing and efficient.

nightmare

i have been dealing with the genius bar and tech support since april 5th. i have taken my imac 27" to the "genius bar" 8 times. i have had my hard drive and logic and ram replaced. they now say i have a problem with my second hard drive. they will not replace my computer and are content to continuously diagnose and rediagnose my imac wasting my time and descimating my economic situation. the 2nd tier genius at the michigan ave store in chicago yesterday actually said to me that he could fix my computer and wanted "to start from zero" with me. it has been over three months and he wants to start from zero.

Santa Monica Store

During the past 3 weeks I have had two unsatisfying visits to the Santa Monica Store.

First complaint is the lack of the sitting area for lectures. It was great to sit and learn. Now they are just in confined workshops.

Second, your staff are constantly talking with each other and it is almost embarassing to ask for help.

I have an I-Pad and I-Phone and had planned to get a Mac when a new computer becomes needed. The feel of the store was great before you moved to the new location. I do not like it and am not so sure that I will go to all Apple.

The stores are what make Apple unique. Santa Monica was great. It is now not too good!
