I don't understand why all of these negative comments. My experience with Cricket this time as always has been wonderful. Whether it be in person at a store or over the phone. I have been with cricket for more than 12 yrs.minus 2 yrs. with a different company. As soon as that contract was up, I returned to Cricket. I think Cricket customer service is great.

dissatisfied

I was told a bridge pay would be 45.00 so I paid it my phone was not turned back on. I called them supervisor told me he would give me a 5 dollar credit because they made the mistake. My phone was on until next morning. I called them they laughed at me and told me they only told you that to get you off the phone.

Extremely Disatisfied

I've been with Cricket for almost 2 years always payed on time because I'm enrolled in auto pay direct. One time time that I need my payment to be one day late the throw me out the bus. Worse customer service ever. Extremely Disatisfied and disappointed

So dissatisfied...

I have been a loyal cricket customer for over 10 years...I've NEVER been late on a bill. Everytime I call in to ask a question, I get someone that I can't even understand. I hear about other companies offering "upgrades" and such. Never in 10 years have I been offered ANYTHING. The customer service people are so rude. I'm just very unhappy. I really think it's time to move on to another company. It's sad, you can't even find a corporate number to try to give a complaint.

wow

After reading above and not seeing one good review I am ready to say see ya to cricket. I was hoping that I woukd get on here and see good reviews to say hey today was just a fluke. But nope . Right here reading all ur post shows they don't care about customer service. I went into a store this morning asking about 1 phone she said no I don't have them at this store. I said oh ok do u know what sore has them she rolled her eyes when to the desk and said the location of a store. I go there to be told no one sells that phone anymore try a corporate office store. Can u call them for me I asked and she said no I don't know who would have it. So on way home stop into a 3rd store who also refused to call other stores for me and when u call customer service to complain u get no one to answer. Well u don't want to help me then I don't want u having my money. Save ur self the hastle . And go with another company who will respect u as a customer

I called , wanting to get a new membership with them, a man answered , I said hello I wonder if you can ask you a question before i join with you,,He asked what my name was, I said again can i ask you question please , again he asked for my name , i told him i would like to ask you a question before i give you any information,, Well the jerk hung up on me WOW if that is how they take care of people ,, ADIOS cricket..

BAD Customer service

I have been a loyal customer for almost 8 years and I'm thinking about leaving. It's so hard to reach customer service which it should be 24hrs. But when you get someone its really hard to get thru to them and for them to understand you them and then you can't call a location you can never get a person it goes straight to a voice mail. It is really making me think about leaving.....

It's amazing that you can pay any cricket bill on the phone but can't call a service rep. Unless you count the semi English speaking girls of India. Scratch another customer.

Not good

I've had cricket for about 5 years... I was a extremely loyal customer. They took money from my bank account every month with no problem... but now my line is crossed with God knows who, and customer service told me that it's gonna take 48 hours to resolve the issue. all my business calls get directed to the line... no calls in or out for 48 hours is unacceptable GOOD BY cricket HELLO T Mobile

Cricket has some of the worse customer service I have ever received from a company you can not talk with a customer service agent and if you do finally get one they are not very helpful. I seem to only get somewhat good service if you go to the store which is not always convenient for me. I am very unhappy with the costomer service of your comapany the phone service is ok but the customer service sucks.

Services is wack

Cricket is wack! They service is whole fully over rated. You can't even talk to an operator, customer care, or no one for any matter, which is terrible. They have a lot of drop calls, just overall bad services. Eewl!

data plan

i have the same number for over a year. my data plan was changed. i did not change it, i want the one i had. so i talk to my son. my wifi always word fine. now i can not watch a video. it want long at all. iam paying 30,00 dollars more, and i can not watch a video.
