I have been a loyal cricket customer for over 10 years...I've NEVER been late on a bill. Everytime I call in to ask a question, I get someone that I can't even understand. I hear about other companies offering "upgrades" and such. Never in 10 years have I been offered ANYTHING. The customer service people are so rude. I'm just very unhappy. I really think it's time to move on to another company. It's sad, you can't even find a corporate number to try to give a complaint.
