Prior authorization of meds.

I feel if a customer refill prescriptions online and some need prior authorization, you should at least notify that customer, or make the call to their Dr.. I believe that most customers are willing to help you if they are notified in a reasonable amount of time, rather than being put into shock when they pick up their scripts.

Misfit menber of managment team

Stalking and assuming a customer today 1:00 pm. Trying to return 2 items at W. in Fairbury, NE. At the customer service counter, I had two items to return, Both items refunds were place on a W Card. I paid cash for both and I only had receipt for one. The employee said I ASSume you wanted both refunds on the card. She assumed and made a ass out of herself and employer. This pissed me off. I asked for manager at this point without help. I went on shopping. Later CSM and a misfit management team approached me and I said I would take this up later. I thanked both and went on shopping. I shopped thru store and went to checkout with my items and W Card. As I looked behind me this young man, misfit management team, had been stalking me.

This is not the first time I have called Walmart to find out if they had a particular product in stock to avoid a wasted drive to the store. Walmart is the last place I'd ever shop, so they are my last resort. A walmart employee answered the home improvement phone and I asked about the availability of the the product in store. I was repeatedly interrupted, she was short, rude and impatient. All Walmart employees need to pass a customer service protocol class!!!

Not Satisfied

I have a complaint about returning money order and not getting refund. I had complete money order. The funds had been verified.I work very hard for my money. I called consumer about store 2920 I was never contact since last week. My money can be spent where minorities matter.

Lactose free ice cream

Can someone tell me why The Wal Mart in Center, Texas can not get anymore Breyers Lactose free ice cream. Wes, who is head of the dept says that he checked with the warehouse and there is none there. It is so important to me to be able to get this ice cream as I can not tolerate regular ice cream and I love ice cream so much. I look forward to an ice cream cone each day and it has been days since you have had it available. PLEASE tell me you will try to have it in the store!!!

6210 Annapolis Road Landover Hills Maryland Walmart has the WORST SALES ASSOCIATE. I went to purchase a PS4 on 11/15,was told there were issues with truck; after several trips; returned very early on 11/16 same story; made a phone call same story, but was transferred to electronic dept & was told that they were sold out. I guess I'm boo-boo the foo-foo. Will never shop this Wal-Mart again. Will tell my Admiral about this experience. I think the associates very saving for family members not customers. A class NOT ONLINE would help your associates.
