Bad costumer service ever!!!

The Walmart in Ocoee Florida, is the worst that I have experience as far costumer service , you can never get an answer on the phone, and the employees act as if it is a huge problem to service you at all !!! I will no longer shop there and will tell all of my friends and family to do the same, after all word of mouth is the best!!!

can't order online for some reason

I did all my Christmas shopping on line . But all at ones it will not work. Called many time change my password and sent email about it still did not work ask to delete my account and start over still didn't work. Time to get you act together and fix this please in a wheelchair and hard to shop by your self if you get to many things at ones. Was on the catcher saving too can't get in to it either. Please see that this is fix soon or I will not be back.

Not too Bad for Customer Service

Walmart is a very busy store. The customer Service counter is always pretty busy also. Why do they only have one or two workers at the counter so the line of people can be taken care of more quickly?? There is plenty of room for Customer Service improvements.

The store on Ovilla Road in Red Oak, Texas should be sure to bring in enough checkers to handle customers that arrive at 8:00 am on Sundays. I am not willing to wait in line for 20 or 30 minutes to make this store profitable, when there are no checkers available for a reasonable time effective check out and exit. One checker on speedy and ONE on regular checkout: 3 customers in front of me on the regular checkout line and 5 behind me. We asked for another checker and there was NONE available. There is another grocery chain across the street. I don't feel the few pennies I saved at Walmart are worth the wait.

Your store on Route 5ow Winchester, has for the past 6 months, had only (at a estimate) electric carts available to the disabled at any one time. All the carts out of service, as I understand, are stored in the rear area in storage/to return to manufacturer. This area has a high ratio of the disabled of all types, and the lack of carts will/has hurt your image and your sales. Please resolve this on-going problem....your biggest season is started yet there will be many who will be forced to shop at competitors.

Not happy!

I tried exchanging a Pocket Hose and was told, they didn't carry the item, although, I had recently bought it there....After emailing the main office was then told to bring it back for exchange...The gal said, no way, it was "different" and although they didn't have the same thing, she would give me $5.00 credit...How can she determine a credit if they don't have the item????I am stuck with a defective hose that should have been exchanged the 1st time.....Happy, no way! Just another reason NOT to shop at Walmart....

Prior authorization of meds.

I feel if a customer refill prescriptions online and some need prior authorization, you should at least notify that customer, or make the call to their Dr.. I believe that most customers are willing to help you if they are notified in a reasonable amount of time, rather than being put into shock when they pick up their scripts.

Misfit menber of managment team

Stalking and assuming a customer today 1:00 pm. Trying to return 2 items at W. in Fairbury, NE. At the customer service counter, I had two items to return, Both items refunds were place on a W Card. I paid cash for both and I only had receipt for one. The employee said I ASSume you wanted both refunds on the card. She assumed and made a ass out of herself and employer. This pissed me off. I asked for manager at this point without help. I went on shopping. Later CSM and a misfit management team approached me and I said I would take this up later. I thanked both and went on shopping. I shopped thru store and went to checkout with my items and W Card. As I looked behind me this young man, misfit management team, had been stalking me.

Happy Valley, OR

This is not the first time I have called Walmart to find out if they had a particular product in stock to avoid a wasted drive to the store. Walmart is the last place I'd ever shop, so they are my last resort. A walmart employee answered the home improvement phone and I asked about the availability of the the product in store. I was repeatedly interrupted, she was short, rude and impatient. All Walmart employees need to pass a customer service protocol class!!!

Not Satisfied

I have a complaint about returning money order and not getting refund. I had complete money order. The funds had been verified.I work very hard for my money. I called consumer about store 2920 I was never contact since last week. My money can be spent where minorities matter.
