poor service

Standing in line for over 30 minutes to pay my bill..kiosk. broke and not enough staff for the long line of people

Lied to me

I had a scheduled service call for from 1pm to 3pm. Started calling after 3, told me it would be in 30 to 50 minutes. Received a call at 5:15 saying that they tried to call me at 1:55 and no one answered, so they cancelled the call. A TOTAL LIE. My phone showed no incoming calls at all, except for the 5:15 one, and no messages. Sat around all day for nothing.

kept getting referal phone number never got to talk to a real person, only recordings so i took the box back, an now have tv on the internet

The worst customer service in Eugene

I just stood in the Eugene Comcast office for an hour to give them $28.00. A transaction that took 45 seconds.

There service is to high and they don't give you channels you should already have you have to pay extra for it which sucks.

What about working people?

Comcast in Blairsville PA has no Saturday hours? Their regular weekday schedule is 8:30 to 5:00 which is mostly everyones working schedle. How are working people suppose to drop off equipment when there are no hours beyond a regular work day?

Poor service

Comcast has to be the worst service provider. Repeated problems, unsatisfactorily resolved, frequent promises, no follow through. A disgrace to the capatilistic system.

Comcast fouled up my bill after we decided to switch providers. After countless hours on the phone listing to their horrible music and talking to their vapid employees, the bill is still fouled up. I despise Comcast. Too bad there isn't a zero start rating.
