I have never had a problem with metro. I come from a low income family and thanks to metro I have always been able to afford great phone service for me and my family. Thank you metro for not locking me in with a crappy contract.
I have been their customer for over 2 years and I love the customer service I guess if you are rude people will be rude back but I've had nothing but great service I will recommend this store 100%

Do NOT go to this store if you havent tried any other company or every other sfore you can reach. The employees, including the manager, are very rude, and they will do anything they can to sell you what you dont want. My phone, whichI upgraded to after four months, was already bricking. I wenf to the store when it was supposed to at 10, and not only were they still closed, but other customers had already been blown off by the manager. We got inside at around 10:30, and the woman before me was apparently cheated on a phone she didnt want because the employee lied about what certain phones did. The associate wasnt rude to her inside the store, but forcing a customer to wait almost thirty more minutes to go in your store is disrespectful, and totally unprofessional.

This store is horrible, they opened late and there was terrible service. There was only one very young sales rep available who acted like a teenager and gave very little information about the features and cell phone plans. Every "free" phone we asked about was "out of stock" and the sales rep continued to try to convince us to get phones that were not of interest to us. Save your time and don't go here!!!!

The management of this business made coverage claims that were embellished. They also left out critical details of their return/refund policy. When trying to discontinue service with them, they played games with our cell #, as no not allow it to be easily transferred back to our previous service provider. In addition, they changed the pass code on the account so that we were unable to be helped when calling. Trying to deal with this business was beyond reasonable and their level of customer service was unprofessional and dishonest to say the least.
They gave you the wrong number i called it and it was wrong
My parents just bought a phone that did not work, they went to go exchange it at this store. The lady at this store refused to exchange the recently bought phone (that was still under warrenty and was bought a week ago) and called the police department. They called the police on a 74 year old man and woman who just wanted a phone that worked..... Great job metro....
Sold a refurbished phone as new and then never refunded even after the phone bad been returned!

Worst experience ever. Lazy ignorant people ever. They don't know how to deal with customers. Managers included. Got my phone thrown at me and was told never to go back. This store is the worst when it comes to customer service. It used to be good. not sure what has happened lately, but, the people that work there now are rude and condescending. I am seriously looking at contracts again, the treatment you receive here is like they are doing you a huge favor.

Employee selling "under the counter" phones from China. He claims that they are comparable to the new S5. The Jaike Phone is cheap CRAP and are Totally Not COMPARABLE!! Selling phoney phones using a legitimate business is a sad state of affairs. What would the business owner say about it???? Total SCAM....

The store is quite different from the rest, as well as their service. the girls are very helpful and kind, also the manager is not only good looking but he can be funny too. i recommend this store because most of the other dealers just worry about making a sale.

I bought a hone & the lady talked us into the insurance saying that if anything happened to our phone that it would be replaced within the first 6 months. When my phone wasn't working correctly after three months,I took it in only to be told that it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell us a new phone at a discount and said they could not replace it like Iwas originally told !!!
The two guys who work at this store are both awesome. I have been going to this store since it opened and have never had an issue. They are always friendly and helpful. Some of the other stores tend to be unhelpful compared to this one.

I recently purchased a 64 GB Adata Micro SD card from your Pierson Rd location in Flint, Michigan. According to the numerous programs I've used...this card is fake !!! Metro is now refusing to refund my money even though they are aware that the memory card is a counterfeit and I have my receipt....is there a way I can get my money back....I'll never do business with this company again !!!!

My 1 month old LG Optimus F6 give a message with no storage space so I went to this store looking for help and an employee delete all my information, including my ringtones, e-mail, photos, etc. etc so now I have a phone with no ringtone

I liked the fact that the customer service was on point. The sales associates helped me pick out a phone that I could be comfortable with. they just didn't sell me a false dream. They made sure I got my money's worth, and the phone i received fit me.
