This used to be mu favorite spot very polite and professional but now it seems as if they r try to sell the whole store to u. I wouldn't be surprised if the employee is pocketing the cash somehow
i went into the shop on a saturday.needed a new kyocera waterproof phone.they stocked it.most other pcs stores dont,. the men working at the store were very helpfull and i was on my way with a new phone. thank you..

Horrible service! Manager treats people badly. Prices varies depends who you talk to. They will cheat you as much as they can,. Don't buy used phone from them or you be sorry.
This metro pcs is horrible! All they sell is junk phones and defected SIM cards! Not to mention but they also rip you off by selling phone cases. And to top it all off the customer service was awful!!!!
MetroPCS at this store: 1) lied about their 'protection' plan then shut my phone off for non-payment, yet the bill was paid early! They will get 1 more chance before I switch plans!!!

Really bad service really dissapointed with staff, manager and director, they refuse to return my money back.On something they never process correctly.. So it's easy on them to not loose the money but there for they rather want the customer to loose their money and loose clients..

Rude salesman when he could be bothered to answer questions and way overpriced product. Order online or go to another store on the island, the prices will be much better. Have tried this store twice with the same result, thank goodness for the internet where I can research prices and order online.

It's the wrong address on here, the only metro pcs on that side of town is on 8567 S. Broadway but I just wanted to say how amazing their customer service is and they are very qualified with helping people chose the right phone & plan.

This is the only store I like to go to, they are not only friendly, but extremely helpful. They make sure your phone is setup and teach you how to use it before you leave the store. I highly recommend them.

I went at 6 something on Sunday (hours 10:00-8:00) and they didn't let me in. I saw the big open sign and they didn't even open the door. The rudeness was beyond the average human lifespan. -1/10

Do not buy a phone from this location. Received a "new" phone with scratched/chipped screen, 3rd part battery, and faulty microphone. Declined an exchange/refund and no help at all.

Went to location at 3333 Preston Rd in Frisco TX to change my phone plan to save money. It might have been the best customer service I have ever received. Please reward this employee and promote him to manager so he can train the other employees so Metro Pcs can become WORLD CLASS!!

Sale person very helpful and give great discount. I brought 2 cell phones and I did not like them. He exchange different for me. Even store was closed, he waited for new cell phone arrived so he exchange it for me.
So I was told that I was getting a free pair of headphones with my purchase because I bought a phone case, I was like cool okay! I get home and look at the receipt, I was charged $25 for a stupid pair of headphones I didn't even need, and they will not accept returns on accessories! Do not believe them if they say they are giving you something free!

I live 1 mile for the Metro office and have to stand on my driveway at time to get service. The folks down at the office say it will be repaired bye the years end which is very near The date is 12/15/14 today. Because of the nice treatment I have had I am standing bye till the new year.
I went in and asked a questio . Spoke loudly enough so the worker could hear me. He completely ignored me. Another guy had to come out the back and help my friend and i. Never again.

i brought a phone from this particular branch and they sold me a defective phone... once i brought it to their attention they did nothing but gave me the run around to resolve the issue. they told me that they ordering me a replacement phone which as of today (7 days later) has not arrived. i've been given three different days to come back and check for my phone to no avail. dont do business with this company they couldn't care any less about your satifaction as one of their costumers

came In with a phone that wont work. they tried everything to fix it. they were so nice I ended up buying a new phone, they took the time to set up all my email addresses and transfer all contacts and pictures.

They sold me a phone claiming it is 4g and with 4GB of space it is NOT. Do you think they care. NO and they are not a corporate store so they won't. Because of $200 they now cost metro thousands because I will no longer be a customer. Not that they care about keeping customers. I hope one day metro shuts down these type of greedy stores. I also hope enough people read this and avoid buying there.
I was at the store this morning and the manager did not show up untill almost 20 after scheduled open time. Many customers left because not being open during scheduled times. What kind of manager does not even have enough respect for a company that they are on time? Need new management.
If you buy a over priced phone case from them, plan on keeping it, they will not let you return it, even if it was never opened, and still in the original package. They have the case for $37.10......found same case online for $1.89. Do the math. These folks are common thieves, and nothing more!!!!!! I'm so mad, I'm seeing red!!!!!!!!! I receive very poor customer service. The afternoon supervisor referred me to their security guard on duty to answer a question about the Metro Phone. I thought that was very awkward, unprofessional, and completely out of order.

I give this branch a 10 ,they have. Great customer service , and indicates to customers the right of deals without beating around bushes , they also speak fluent English and Spanish , that's a plus
