Horrible location. I was told to come in 4 days to purchase a bluetooth headset lg tone+ and I went back, and a lady working supposidly the manager Ericka laughed at me and told me no way. Now three days before christmas I have no gift for my brother, as I could have bought it online, but waited for the promise I was given. The lady or so called lady was yelling at me being unbelievably rude, laughing under her breath so much that her co-worker kept telling her to calm down and not talk to customers that way. All the other 10-15 customers were looking at her in disbelief. This also is a "manager". funny... She was the rudest most unrespectful person I have ever dealt with. So make your choice. It would probably benefit you to go elsewhere as they would not give me a number or name for a upper manager or owner which I will find. John

This girls know what they are doing, manager is so sweet and helpful. They always greet and try there best to help.

Love coming into this store always smells so good.

They are caring and they work fast. They answer any question you have about your phone.

So happy with Diana. She is great. My bill was always about $120 a month. She helped me get it down to about $85 a month. I was very happy and she mention it herself to help me get my bill cheaper, I didn't even say anything. I was so surprise and happy. I decided to buy a phone and she also gave me a great deal on that. I am so happy, this is my permanent Metro Pcs store. :)

I been with metroPCS for last 5 years and I found this store is the BEST metroPCS store.

This metro guy has the knowledge about all the new lastest phones.. bought me a new Samsung Galaxy SIII.

I went to this store and I was cheated out of $50.00. I went to the store to have my phone flashed and paid the first month of service $50.00 and $50.00 to have the phone flashed. The service worked for one month and boost turned my phone off even though I paid the next month in advance. I would not do business with this company unless you want to be cheated. I called and called and no one answered the phone and I never got a call back. For your own sake stay clear of this particular location.

Finally a Metro Pcs store that can provide good customer service. I was extremely happy with the service there. I got a new 4G phone, it was recommended by Diana, she's the authorize dealer there. She knew exactly what I needed and the best cellphone for me at a very reasonable amount. I am very happy and all my future business will go back to her in that location.

Went to the metro and had the best service ever!!! sales people were amazing and they even speak spainsh and open late too!

they never answer the phone when you call the store. And when you get to the store you always wait forever to get help.

This location is amazing. They provide you with the best customer service I have yet to experience anywhere else. The have knowledge of their products and they give you very good deals. The girl there was super nice. I definitely recommend this store to everyone else who has Metro Pcs.

THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU USING TRUMPED UP ADDITIONAL FEES. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE METROPCS PRICING AND THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ACCOUNT SIGNING YOU UP FOR PLANS UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Metro PCS I really don't think if a fair practice to charge an additional $3 bucks, when paying cash. BBB may be interested in this business, does not seem fair! Wanda
