I have yet to make it to this store. Every time I try their closed bc of ''holiday hours'' but you go on the site and they don't even tell you what the hell the holiday hours are. Fix that shit!
Why won't this store list there phone number? Who wants to waste gas and time to drive to this store to find out they are closed or out of stock on the item you need. Come on list you business number or don't do business.
Went to the store couple days ago. They had great customer service. Guy was nice looking and great smile by the way! Bought my galaxy there and it was worth it. ;)
my girlfriend recently bought a phone at the metro pcs in Marathon key. the phone was terrible. it was overpriced and within less than a month it broke. hopefully I'll be seeing them today to resolve the issue. overall not impressed.
This Location Has Great Customer Service They Are Always Willing To Help Their Customers and They Are Not Rude Like The 5Points Down Down Atlanta Location
they r not opened sundays as posted here. it is posted on the door closed sundays. and if you ever need service and have to end up here go before they close cause they always leave early especially Fridays.
On Nov 12, 2013 I went to purchase a charger for my smart phone, the lady in the store said my card was decline and a week later I see the charge appear on my statement. I asked for a print out of the decline and she said the machine is not working. Imagine how many people she done this to. I f I didnt check my account. Sad....
A woman by the name of Sunny is always so helpful and kind. She is def someone who comes straight from the heart! I love her bright attitude! The only store that truly wants to help give the best service they can. Other stores employees seem to not give the nest service for my best interests. This store is by far the most honest! sold a broken phone, gave no satisfaction, called customer a liar, rude, worker didn't even know who owns the store.
The main owner is fantastic.!. I'm not much of a technological person, so the fact that he'll tell mewhich ones are good and whichare just bulls**it is great. He's honest, very kind, and tries to give deals when he can.

October 21the metro pcs worker entered my birthdate as 1999 The Microsoft acct could not be accessed with out my parents permission soo I cannot set up emails, updates nothing can be done. I went to the corporate store 704 w Jefferson for 2hrs they reset the phone that didn't work so they ordered me a new phone after one week I went back seems the computers were downso I called the number noone answered there is no way. This is more or less the most unprofessional establishment I've ever visited in my life. While I was browsing, the store's sales representative sat around sharing videos of a girl committing suicide on the Internet with one of her apparent friends. You are just as shocked as I am. It took the representative roughly ten minutes to acknowledge my presence in the store. If you're looking to buy a nice phone service, I have two tips for you: 1. Don't come to this place 2. Don't go for metro pcs in the first place

Don't record payments made through the bank,don't answer the phone during hours of operation posted,don't change the name of the previous user of your number so you get calls 24/7.Customer service reading from a script over and over.

great service. if your polite to them of course they are as well. they tell you exactly what phone is good or if it isnt. you can tell they dont really care about commission. i would definetly return to that store. downside they dont cancel lines but thats ok. custumer service is 1 call away.
They open late, have the worst customer service, they are out of stuff a lot and they don't answer their phone when they are open a lot! I live super close to them but go out of my way now to use other metros. Would NOT recommend. But this is just my experience.
I have been with Metro PCS for over 5 years and never been misled and lied to about a phone just so they could make a sale. This store did that and after several requests, owner didnt have decency to call me to discuss.
Have dealt with Metro PCS stores throughout Orlando area for over five years and not had any issues. But this one mislead me terribly on a phone purchase and owner never bothered to call me after my complaints to store management and my request for his call.
First I waited over an hour to see someone who didn't know what she doing. The fat ass manager didn't do shit except walk around the store. Only two people were servicing 17 people. The store was dirty to boot.
I was reffered to him by my stepson. Xasey is Gr8 guy! very helpfull - Got a new handset he transferred, updated my phone. i left it for him so he can transfer all my Pix and videos. the phone was ready when i came back. Got a Free accessory.

Service here. The 'sales' staff is semi-surly, but you get used to that in L.A. MetroPCS as a 'brand' positions its products in lower income demos and then you over-pay for subpar service (compared to brand name android or mainstream carriers or even tracfone which is more reliable but ridiculously expensive); if they solve the latest problem with their off-brand 'droid' and insecure data plans, then we'll consider staying. If not, we have to switch to some other dasterly deed of mobile communication device and interface plans.
Store associate Kiara is an amazing young woman who keeps that store running! She is always there no matter what time day or night & she always gets to the bottom of whatever problem arises! That store would fail without her!!! She's a major asset to them! She deserves a raise!!!!

I came here yesterday to do some changes on my plan, took a number I waited 30 min and numbers were not moving they only had one person helping and someone standing behind her supervising I guess but I had to leave, came back today and same thing! Been here almost 30 min they still in the same number!
I want u to know that we have 2 lines and it's under my dad's name the registration for those phone but then when I'm trying to cancel one of our line they can't cancel it they it's under somebody's name.how is that happened? Those phone that we're using for 2 years I just found out that they register to somebody it might be employees name...metro pcs tully San Jose ca better close that store already u guys are not doing ur job right..it's embarrassing to have a employee like that...

Person who helped me was not the owner, however he took what he does very professionally. He took his time explaining what I needed. I was taking a trip to East Texas. He helped me map out the places I was going and which provider would best keep me in contact. Good work Guys!
The managment at metro pcs is really rude and disrespectful , worst service I've ever gotten .
They are the worst. The Store manager Tim C screams at his customers in front of other customers. Will not refund you all your money and will not give you any info on the owner. They are now being investigated by the Attorney General office and FCC &FTC and many others
Since I need to pay on Sun Sept 8, I checked the Front Street location Hrs on-line, then made the trip into Crescent City to pay my bill. $10 in gas later I find the online information is incorrect, and they are not open Sunday. I assume my phone will be dead Monday, and that I will need to drive in again and "hash it" out with them. I can't email them, (that I can find), there is no answer or machine at the store, and 611 customer service is all menus that don't help. Metro PCS has been fine, except for this.
Bought a phone here in December, it was a LG. Was wondering why the phone was so cheap( it was 100) he told me there was a sale. I got home realized it was used! Had scratches on it, the headphones which accompanied the phone had wax in them. Battery life was horrible. I came back to the store with my receipt to notify them they treated me like I was the one lying to them. They are very rude, every single employee there, and as for Metropcs they suck as a service!

I went in a couple of days ago, bought a $100 phone and it only works while it is charging, what a rip off and they didnt want to take the phone back when im still under the 7 day return policy , this store can expect a lawsuit from me !

Be aware! Call Metro pcs before you purchase anything from these people! We broke our phone and brought in a used metro phone and they told us we could not. The girl Talked us into getting a deal on a great windows phone. CHarged us a $20 activation fee and we were unaware until we received our bill that the phone we got required an extra $10 a month. Deal with metro pcs directly..not these scam artists!!!!

After being talked to with attitude, foul language and even being spoke down to and yelled at by multiple employees on multiple occasions I will never visit this store again no matter how good the product is. You can get metro PCS at best buy and another local dealer and won't be treated like shit by the miserable trash who run the shoemaker Rd store.

i recently went to the super star cellular on 542 S. Broadway St., Los Angeles CA 90013 and was disrespected by one of the employees who refused to give me service simply because he was texting, later when i came to see the person in charge he did nothing and the employee just laughed and taunted me, i have never seen such awful employee management, i will not ever be going back to your store!
This store is a little away from my house but I love going here. They are kind and very professional. They try there best to help you and they don't force there opinion on you. I highly recommend this place for paying your bill, buying a phone, and picking a provider.

I've bought two phones from this location an LTE and ZTE and I've reactivated my account three times and every question about my phones I've asked has been answered and my 4G goes places I've seen that boost can't. I'm happy to be a Metro customer.

The rep at this location doesn't explain anything, you need to keep asking questions. She didn't offer me insurance on a $400 phone, I had a hard time to get it, thank God i called just a few hours after I bought the phone and she activated it.

Stay away! Took my. IPhone 4s to be repaired, was told they order their replacement therapy parts in China cheap and resell in our country at much higher prices. (65.00 to Americans for a 10.00 chinese Lcd and digitizer that isn't even apple certified). Well, the digitizer wasn't clipped in after they put the screen back on, I brought it in and they recognized THEIR mistake and still charged 15.00 for something they did. The woman proceeded to call me a B**** and swear other obscenities in Spanish. Beware! They rip off their customers. All about $!
Brought in a black ipod touch, they "repaired" the cracked screen and left the new screen (which is now WHITE) with the top half hanging off so once it was touched, it cracked again. Called and spoke with woman who immediately got RUDE and hung up with no resolution. Will NEVER refer people to thus company. They're frauds.

Product was faulty and stupid girl behind the counter said "oh its like life sometimes you last 20 years or sometimes 30 you just don't know, sorry no exchange for new." It was a two month old battery pack I paid 50 bucks for and it didn't work anymore. And I just spent 600 dollars there for a phone and case. Horrible policies avoid this place like the plague.

He was honest about the Phones and plans and showed me how to use my new phone and was patient answering all my questions. I love my new phone and will be giving this location all the business i can!
