I bought a hone & the lady talked us into the insurance saying that if anything happened to our phone that it would be replaced within the first 6 months. When my phone wasn't working correctly after three months,I took it in only to be told that it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell us a new phone at a discount and said they could not replace it like Iwas originally told !!!
