Never received my rebate

I never got my rebate. I purchased the phone because it was a good price after the rebate. Mailed it in on time and filled it out just right. Bad business.

horrible costumer service

Horrible customer service. They mest up my order in the first place, and when i asked them to fix it, she refused. The lady that attended me on the phone keep hanging up on me. And when I called back she ignored my calls. She also keep raising her tone at me. When I told her that her job is to help me not to yell at me and then she hanged up again. Overall terrible customer service, she didn't help me at all.
