The employees are rude. Self absorbed.
When they do "help you" they act like they are doing you a favor.
I have personally walked- in and have called. They refer me to Metro PCS Customer Service, which is an automated system that really only does two things for you (Pay your bill or add features $$).
Thanks for nothing.
