Big Mistake

Just switched to Sprint only a week ago and bad reception; didn't bother to tell me at the beginning of transaction that there is a $36 activation fee per line, didn't explain how to get bill paid for I owed T-Mobile and that they only pay for the phones, not the whole bill. Biggest mistake ever.

bad service

they can't seem to get my bill correct. First bill I got was over $1000. This one is now $100 more then what they told me it would be. And I barely get service at my house. And no service if I go any further South on the Island.

Bad service all around.

Do not use this service. Oh yes its cheaper but the service does not work in a lot of places and they cut off your line if you are behind in your bill. I cannot wait to return to Verizon.

No Customer Service!

I found trying to resolve a very simple issue absolutely infuriating! There was NO Customer Service. Sprint has no problem accepting the money I spend every month, but answering a question is beyond their ability!

Horrible service

Trying to resolve an issue, get foreigners who are not too bright, nor helpful, and either hang up, or refuse to give me an American to speak with, totally unacceptable.Any reviews higher than 2 were obviously paid for....

No problems

I have never had no problems with them on any issue, I have been with them for many years and are eager to help me no matter the issue, which has hardly been none!!! Yes, certain days or times of the day are busy and that is expected!!!!

Great Service

I've been with Sprint for many years and the personal customer service has been very helpful. You get to speak with a live person which is more than I can say for Boost.

"Let me connect you to someone..."

I have called three times today for tech support on a long-standing issue. Each time, the rep tells me that they will connect me to someone who can assist me with the problem, and all they do is put me back into the never-ending "Push one for this, two for that" loop. UGH!

they get paid to not do their job

They love to treat their customers as horrible as they can and tell you that it's not their problem when you have phone problems. If I had to compare them to Walmart customer service Walmart is a thousands times better.

Absolutly the worst service another business could use, maybe a close tie with Verizon. What in the hell does the FCC do for any of us anyway? What a evil rotten corrupt system we have....this Sprint is the worst ever...no wonder theUSA is going down hill...no accountability

Best wireless phone experience ever. I still have the unlimited family plan, get great coverage anywhere so far, and have never had trouble getting an issue resolved. Highly recommend Sprint.

Worst cell phone service I ever had

The worst cell phone service ever, we have a Family plan and we don't even have our phones working half the time, the company is not truthful nor helpful. My opinion is people should avoid this company, as soon as my contract is over I'll be glad to be done with them.

Just Horrible.

Overall customer service

I've been a loyal Sprint customer for 3 years and without hesitation I admit that SPRINT is the worse wireless company I've joined. The lack of professionalism that I've experienced is beyond my comprehension. Obviously this is what they practice and teach their employees how to respond to paying customers.

Poor Service.

Just visited Sprint store in Highland Village, Texas and must state that in my years of dealing with store clerks, these three were the slowest and least informed of any encountered recently. I've been a Sprint customer for 16 years and am now considering another provider.

Phone Bill

They charged $4/h for accidentally calling to China. They disconnected my service. I will pay the 500 Bal, I will not use their service in the future and would not be rubbed second time.
