Not only did my daughter get 3 different price quotes from you, she made an appointment to have a wiring harness installed then a pick up of the u haul and guess what? You can't find the appointment and was told after getting there you don't do business on Sunday??? We will never use U Haul again!!!! I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
My daughter rented storage a month ago at U-Haul/ Clark Ave. Cleveland, Oh. and has been trying to get her furniture to move in her new house for almost 3 weeks now, but the elevator is broken at the U-Haul and storage space is on the 4th floor. She was told she would have to carry her stuff down 3 flights of stairs! and no apology or solution have they given yet..she is a single parent with 3 children and is a grocery cashier with low pay; very few resources to pay anyone to move her down three flights of stairs, so her stuff remains in storage as she pays for a new home she cannot occupy...Customer Service 800 # puts us on hold with no results.I will soon get my church members, my oldest daughter's co-workers at a major insurance co., and this daughter's at a major grocery chain to join us in putting out bad reviews and reports on U-Haul if there is no resolution soon. An angry mom
I had a hitch installed on my Jeep Cherokee 7 months ago. Wiring was wrong and blew my computer out in Jeep along with damaging wiring in rear tail light. I was stranded out of town while I waited on a new computer which cost $ 1000.00. Hotel was $ 500.00 while I waited. 7 months I've been fighting their claims department to get reimbursed for damages. They even charged me extra days for the trailer, but I could not get it back on time because of their negligence. No one will return my calls. They have jerked me around for so long now. They care nothing about the customer and the fact that over $ 2000.00 came out of my families emergency funds and now we are struggling because of this. They show NO accountability for their mistake. Terrible company. My next step. Go to the local news and tell my story so others can be aware.
I rented a trailer from UHAUL in Tulsa,OK on a friday. I returned the trailer after i was done with it the next day. The computer at the store i returned it to was down so they could not give me a reciept for my rental. I needed one to turn in on my company expense report as this was business related. They did say they would email me one as soon as the computer was back up. OK. After a couple of days i had not recieved my email reciept. I called the store to ask them to email me the reciept. Now they had tried to but they had the wrong email for me. The man at the store said he did not have a password to re-email me my reciept. OK. So i asked him if he could fax it to me. He sais they did not have a fax machine there. OK. So i said well i guess you can go ahead and mail it to me and he said he could not do that because he did not have any envelopes or stamps. REALLY!! So i have to drive back to their store to get a reciept printed because they cant email, fax or mail me my reciept. Good customer service!!
