Dropped at Wrong address

I had a purchase of a Mac Pro, worth 1400 and it was dropped at the incorrect address. Thankfully, my grandmother knows the women who lives there. I am very angry as it was a very expensive purchase.

Are you serious???

$2800 worth of phones and the delivery guy didn't even knock on my door before setting them in front of it! I live in an apartment building and right next to the mailboxes for all the apartments they could have very easily been taken by anybody!

"Attempted Delivery?"

Attempted to deliver in Bryan, TX. I live an hour and a half from there so why the hell are they delivering a package to an unknown address? So tired of this shit.

I played extra to have a packaged delivered today. I had a fedex truck from one location bring a package from an hour away and find my place no problem. Well another driver from a location says he was here same location and left service tag. Well I've been here all day and driver was not here. I've used fedex for several years and any other driver has made it here with no problem. Thanks for your unwillingness to fix the problem. Which I would say you probably need to take a look at your drivers out of Effingham Illinois because he lies and is not delivering packages like you hired him to do. You just lost a customer that would average 3-5 packages a week.

lousy service

Whoever the driver is that delivers to Spruce St in Leominster he should be fired. He does not even ring the person's bell to let them know a package is at the door let alone have a person who is at home sign for the package. Packages can get stolen.

Frustrated Customer

My daughter needed a package delivered prior to leaving the country. Although the package was out for delivery it was going to be late. Therefore I contacted FedEx Customer Service to see if I could drive to the delivery truck and pick up the package that way. I was told that that was not possible. Maybe this is not part of FedEx policy, but it certainly is "possible!" So right now I am a Frustrated Customer.

Mis- delivered parcels

Second time in three weeks my parcel was delivered willy nilly to the neighbors. I contacted C/S and they assured me that it would be addressed,problem is .inattention to detail Neighbors address prominently displayed and so is mine. I never have a problem with UPS or Priority Mail.

No shipment of tv !!

Can't find out precise location of TV! Delivery date 3-4, 3-10, 2014. All tracking info said it reached Salem, Or, 4 days ago. Albany, Or is 25 min. South of Salem. What is going on FEDEX? Will not use again if this is how your customer relations dept. functions. Extremely poor PR.

Can't belive FedEx

My package was at the facility for delivery on Chrismas eve, then on a truck it said. Well it's 3 days later and Knowone has even tryed to deliver anything, yet address is 100% correct and there is no local number to call to talk to anyone about this issue... I can't stand FedEx and it sceems not to many people feel any diffrent than me!

Lost of sales

Due to my package not being delivered when promised, I took a loss in sales. I promised my customers that their order would be available on Monday because I thought Fed-ex was going to deliver my package on Saturday, they lied and said I requested another day, and now I'm stuck.

where is my package

in 10 days my package has traveled over 740 miles. and i still do not have it. how can they stay in business giving our packages the rides of their lives and taking almost 2 weeks to deliver them???? like a tennis match, i watch it passing east to west then west to east then northeast. when the hell is it going to get HERE????????

wrong delivered address

Fed ex in Smithfield NC delivers packages to my neighbors house when it plainly states my address and my house number is clearly marked on house, mailbox and curbing.

Still waiting

Man I supposed to get my order 3 days ago but nothing There's always someone home and nothing My order is extremely important I can't believe I trust them with it I will never used fedex again If my order is not here now I'm going to be force to take this issue to an other level :(

Drop Box?

My issue is that I need to mail a Fedex Express for my business and I'm already paying for the shipping - why isn't there drop boxes in every town so that people can just drop them off instead of paying for pickup? There are plenty of UPS area's.....

Fedex Sucks

Ordered a car part from sacremento california on Sept 25, 2013 recieved a tracking number on Sept 27th with an estimated time of delivery of thursday Oct 3 with an indirect signature made plans to be home that day to recieve package. No updates in shippping until tues oct 1st now stating that it just left sacramento and my estimated time of delivery is now tuesday october 8th. thats a total of 14 days i'll have to wait now. If i had the choice of shipping it another courier i would have. This is not my first bad experience with fedex, to anybody that is considering using them please do yourself the favor and ship ups. they have much better customer service and tracking updates almost down to the minute.

late delivery -

My package was to be delivered Friday 9/13/13. Instead it is now changed to Monday which will make it 10 days, if I receive it then, and I will not be at home. I tried to call the local Fedex distribution center so I could have the package held., but they do not have a local number and the 800 number states there is no local office for the holding a package addressed to me. The local distribution center is about 1.5 miles from my house.

fedex tracking says that my package was delivered. It was not delivered. When I try to call them, all I get is a stupid machine that just says, the package was delivered. There is no way to even tell them of the problem. I'll never use fedex again.

Not Happy

I work from home and was awaiting a package from Fed Ex that was shipped OVERNIGHT from my company. Two days later I was still waiting and out of work due to this package not being delivered on time.
