Sorrento Valley San Diego california bad service

Had a claim against their client who ran into my car twice, agrivating a bad injury, and they became rude, after a adjuster who was ready to settle and release a claim was no longer working there, and I have got nowhere, The people such as Jo, cindy, David when you ask for a supervisor would hang up on me, after I had advised them would not go to a chiropractor,so I filed a complaint with the BBB and the deparment of insurance, lawyers are hard to deal with.

bad service

one of their insured clients and ended my car stopped at a stop light , and the client lied, but later accepeted liability, but have acted in every manner to be rude, and then a adjuster said he would like to negociate a settlement, but then he was not working there,

Insurance Broker Conduct

Was wondering what your policy is regarding one of your insurance brokers having an affair with a married client. As far as I can tell from a paper trail, my broker has had a relationship with my husband for a year and a half now. I just found out about it last month when I finally figured out that they were calling and texting each other multiple times a day. When I called her about wanting to know their relationship, she never called back. When I went to her office to approach her, she took off in her car. I wouldn't think you would condone this.

Farmers is slow to refund money they take from you

My auto insurance rate went from $50.00 per month to $85.67, I have no citations, no claims, and even though I have asked why several times about the rate increase, I have gotten no explanation! So I bought insurance from Progressive. I'm back in the $50.00 a month range. Now I'm trying to get the money back that Farmers took from my debit card. They took the money AFTER they notified me about not being able to take money off of my debit card! I want my money back! Farmers Sucks!

Inaccessible Agent

My current agent is inaccessible. Haven't been able to talk to him ever since he took over the agency three years ago. He doesn't bother to get acquainted with his clients. He delegates his responsibilities to his staff. My rental property was without insurance for three months because of his staff inefficiency. They failed to correct my address and telephone number and sent notices to my old address which caused the non-payment and cancellation of my policy. Although my policy was renewed immediately after my call, there were still some errors on my policy. Very disappointing!

Covered/Not Covered/Cancelled

I went into a Farmer's insurance office. The first thing that happened was the payment for the new policy was deducted from my bank account. Two days later I was informed that Farmer's could not insure my car because I didn't have auto insurance for at least 6 months previous. Well, neither did I have a car in the previous six months. They refused to refund my money, but decided to insure my car for 1 month only. That completely SUCKS AND SO DOES FARMER'S.
