Phone Bill

They charged $4/h for accidentally calling to China. They disconnected my service. I will pay the 500 Bal, I will not use their service in the future and would not be rubbed second time.

Worst ever!

All I can say is that this is the worst company ever. Please do not do business with Sprint is all I am saying. Just telling!

I wish i would have stayed away!!!

Very poor service. Doses not deliver what they promise. Basically act as if they don't care what because you are in a contract. Very sad that I ever listened to their commercials that got me in the store.

What's next?

From the moment we signed up with Sprint, their promises have not held up and our monthly services and fees change. Just lately, I called in and changed my payment date. The customer service rep was very nice. I was very impressed with how easy every thng went, then I recieved an text, inticating I had a past due amount of 143.00. Without my verbal ok, and without knowledge that a fee was attached to the change of payment day, Sprint had imposed a new fee. That should be their name, "Surpeise Fee Phones". I am very angry right now, and if my phone service is inturrupted, I will go with another phone service.

Bad phone service and poor coustomer service

This the worst company for phone service. I signed up with them in 2013 because UScellular merged with them. the bill is always high and no one can tell you why the towers are always down as they say my daughter went in to have her phone looked at and they said that they could'nt fix it so she had to purchase another phone and that she could make monthly payments along with the regular bill and she was told that she get the glaxacy 3 tab for free and 15.99 a month come to find out the the tablet had its own line and 2yr contract and only 1g just to sum everything up they suck and i filed a complaint againts them to the BBB and when i did that i rececived my $100 discount for all 3 lines and credits for everything they lied about. after all of this i left their company

horrible billing

Sprint tells you one amount then you get ur bill and they cant explain the charges . One person tells you one thing and u get another rep there is nothing noted. I would NEVER recommend this cell phone service to anyone

not logical

I am a costumer over 10 years. nothing changed besides that they kept increasing the charge .But what threw me off was when i got my $1200 bill and wasn't easy to find out what changed from the norm. balance $90-$120 till i tracked it down to a number that i was a frequent caller that was always mobile 2 mobile free ,that he changed carriers with out my knowledge.could 'nd knock this sense into them. follow my history from over 10 years u see i just don't go over minutes nothing doing

I haven't had a problem with not receiving calls but if you are thinking of switching to this company...please read on. I signed up on 11/30/13 and was promised $100 credit on each line I ported over. I ported 4 lines. I was also promised that my activation fees would also be credited. I signed up under a plan that I would receive a 10% discount on my bill every month because I banked at Member One. I have been with Sprint now for 8 months and have received NOTHING that I was promised. After I received my first bill and there was no credit on there, I called and they told me that I had to be a customer for 2 months before any credit would show up. 2 months passed and STILL no credit. I called again and they "didn't know what I was talking about". After several attempts calling customer service and going back into the store, I still had no credit. I went to the corporate store to try to get some resolution. The guy there put a 23% discount on my account because I am a Carilion employee. I left there thinking "Finally someone has done something". Before my discount could even show up on my bill, I received a call from the store where I signed up and he told me that he had to remove the 23% discount because I signed up under the plan for the 10% discount. I just got the 10% added to my bill this month (July 2014) which is 8 months after I signed up. Still no word on the other $604 that Sprint still owes me. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!

No phone replacement or repair

I basically spend $11 dollars per month on phone insurance. When my daughter lost her phone the insurance replaced the phone with a broken one that would not charge. It never fired up. The Sprint repair shop, said it was due and offered to replace. It was supposed to take the a few days but still no telephone after a week. They really could care less as long as they are getting your money and they are completely unapologetic about it.

horrible, if you think of worst experience, it could not be worst than dealing with sprint. Their service is poor and the customer service people are unwilling to fix problems they basically are robbing customers. Poor service for your hard earned money if this is what your looking for, sign up.

Worst Carrier Ever

I have been a Nextel/Sprint for over 10 years and they r the worst. We have a business account in good standing and they have treated us horribly. I have had 2 replacement phones sent to me that are horrible and even after insurance it was $100 and the Sprint Store erased all my messages and text pictures and then didn't care. For 4 hours I talked to customer service and they did nothing. The next day our business decided to cancel a very lucrative acct and they could of cared less and were rude!!!!!!! Don't use this service, go to a company that cares about their good accounts.

First month fees

Over all sprint is a good service to have. The only thing I don't like it that the first month bill is extremely high due to activation fees and other chargers not cool. They need more discount.

I have been along time customer with sprint. Within the last year I have been having dropped calls 30% within a month time. I call and to no avail they have tower problems and will be fixed with in certain time with different times each time I speak with a different customer service representative. Now my I have been without service for 4 days I can text but no calls now texting has ceased as well. Customer service has no resolutions just sorry, I feel if I didn't pay my phone bill they would cut me off with no problem. But I am with out service for 4 days which I share service with my mother which is 72 an we rely on. We have no landlines and I don't want to go pay for a cell phone when I pay 185.00 a month. Unbelievable. Customer service whatever!!

I was a wireless internet customer with Sprint for 2 1/2 years. I never got close to using the monthly allotment of time. I opened my bill and saw that it was $200 more than the monthly charge. I phoned customer service and was told that they couldn't do anything about it unless they could determine that the wireless device was defective. They told me to go to the local sprint store and have it tested. I did and they found it defective. The notes on my acct. reflected that it was defective. Called my contact back and he said he would take it to his supervisor to approve. I get a voicemail msg that my request for an adjustment was denied. Could not speak with the person who made the decision and no one else could overturn the decision of another mgr. They told me during an earlier phone call that they would credit me $100 if I would sign another contract. I told him no because none of the overage was my fault, so I wanted the bill adjusted and no to the contract. All they want is to have you tied to a contract so they can offer poor service without you having any recourse. I have cancelled my service and will NEVER use them and NEVER let any of my friends use them. They lost a lot of $$ by not doing the right thing. DO NOT USE THEM...it will happen to you.!!!

I have been nothing but pleased with my experinces with Sprint Customer Service. Everyone is always kind and helpful. This is one very happy girl to have left the Verizon goofs and joined the wonderful Sprint family.

I have tipical routine problems service related,always have been resolved by sprint employees or service people,haven"t had a problem with them by phone or their technical stores; good customer relations by me.The sales people in some local stores are in need of good customer relations training, this all from me for now, thanks,have a blessed life.
