Great Service

I've been with Sprint for many years and the personal customer service has been very helpful. You get to speak with a live person which is more than I can say for Boost.

"Let me connect you to someone..."

I have called three times today for tech support on a long-standing issue. Each time, the rep tells me that they will connect me to someone who can assist me with the problem, and all they do is put me back into the never-ending "Push one for this, two for that" loop. UGH!

they get paid to not do their job

They love to treat their customers as horrible as they can and tell you that it's not their problem when you have phone problems. If I had to compare them to Walmart customer service Walmart is a thousands times better.

Shut Sprint down....Bad news,bad service,bad buisness

Absolutly the worst service another business could use, maybe a close tie with Verizon. What in the hell does the FCC do for any of us anyway? What a evil rotten corrupt system we have....this Sprint is the worst ever...no wonder theUSA is going down hill...no accountability

Best wireless phone experience ever. I still have the unlimited family plan, get great coverage anywhere so far, and have never had trouble getting an issue resolved. Highly recommend Sprint.

Worst cell phone service I ever had

The worst cell phone service ever, we have a Family plan and we don't even have our phones working half the time, the company is not truthful nor helpful. My opinion is people should avoid this company, as soon as my contract is over I'll be glad to be done with them.

Just Horrible.

Phone doesn't work. At all. You don't have 24/7 support and it's late and my phone is my alarm clock. Thanks for nothing.

Overall customer service

I've been a loyal Sprint customer for 3 years and without hesitation I admit that SPRINT is the worse wireless company I've joined. The lack of professionalism that I've experienced is beyond my comprehension. Obviously this is what they practice and teach their employees how to respond to paying customers.

Poor Service.

Just visited Sprint store in Highland Village, Texas and must state that in my years of dealing with store clerks, these three were the slowest and least informed of any encountered recently. I've been a Sprint customer for 16 years and am now considering another provider.

Phone Bill

They charged $4/h for accidentally calling to China. They disconnected my service. I will pay the 500 Bal, I will not use their service in the future and would not be rubbed second time.

I wish i would have stayed away!!!

Very poor service. Doses not deliver what they promise. Basically act as if they don't care what because you are in a contract. Very sad that I ever listened to their commercials that got me in the store.

What's next?

From the moment we signed up with Sprint, their promises have not held up and our monthly services and fees change. Just lately, I called in and changed my payment date. The customer service rep was very nice. I was very impressed with how easy every thng went, then I recieved an text, inticating I had a past due amount of 143.00. Without my verbal ok, and without knowledge that a fee was attached to the change of payment day, Sprint had imposed a new fee. That should be their name, "Surpeise Fee Phones". I am very angry right now, and if my phone service is inturrupted, I will go with another phone service.

Bad phone service and poor coustomer service

This the worst company for phone service. I signed up with them in 2013 because UScellular merged with them. the bill is always high and no one can tell you why the towers are always down as they say my daughter went in to have her phone looked at and they said that they could'nt fix it so she had to purchase another phone and that she could make monthly payments along with the regular bill and she was told that she get the glaxacy 3 tab for free and 15.99 a month come to find out the the tablet had its own line and 2yr contract and only 1g just to sum everything up they suck and i filed a complaint againts them to the BBB and when i did that i rececived my $100 discount for all 3 lines and credits for everything they lied about. after all of this i left their company

horrible billing

Sprint tells you one amount then you get ur bill and they cant explain the charges . One person tells you one thing and u get another rep there is nothing noted. I would NEVER recommend this cell phone service to anyone

not logical

I am a costumer over 10 years. nothing changed besides that they kept increasing the charge .But what threw me off was when i got my $1200 bill and wasn't easy to find out what changed from the norm. balance $90-$120 till i tracked it down to a number that i was a frequent caller that was always mobile 2 mobile free ,that he changed carriers with out my knowledge.could 'nd knock this sense into them. follow my history from over 10 years u see i just don't go over minutes nothing doing

I haven't had a problem with not receiving calls but if you are thinking of switching to this company...please read on. I signed up on 11/30/13 and was promised $100 credit on each line I ported over. I ported 4 lines. I was also promised that my activation fees would also be credited. I signed up under a plan that I would receive a 10% discount on my bill every month because I banked at Member One. I have been with Sprint now for 8 months and have received NOTHING that I was promised. After I received my first bill and there was no credit on there, I called and they told me that I had to be a customer for 2 months before any credit would show up. 2 months passed and STILL no credit. I called again and they "didn't know what I was talking about". After several attempts calling customer service and going back into the store, I still had no credit. I went to the corporate store to try to get some resolution. The guy there put a 23% discount on my account because I am a Carilion employee. I left there thinking "Finally someone has done something". Before my discount could even show up on my bill, I received a call from the store where I signed up and he told me that he had to remove the 23% discount because I signed up under the plan for the 10% discount. I just got the 10% added to my bill this month (July 2014) which is 8 months after I signed up. Still no word on the other $604 that Sprint still owes me. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!

No phone replacement or repair

I basically spend $11 dollars per month on phone insurance. When my daughter lost her phone the insurance replaced the phone with a broken one that would not charge. It never fired up. The Sprint repair shop, said it was due and offered to replace. It was supposed to take the a few days but still no telephone after a week. They really could care less as long as they are getting your money and they are completely unapologetic about it.
