Lord and Taylor customer service horrible
Customer service with Lord and Taylor is horrible - from the clerk you deal with in the store to computer service you get when trying to resolve store problems. It took me several phone calls and tens of minutes to even get through where I needed to go. Now all I get is an email from a computer system asking me to re-enter three security questions I set up a month ago to reopen communications with a person who will not let you talk to her over the phone. This is the standard Lord and Taylor set for their customers, so I will no longer be their customer. No major retail chain today has such terrible customer service, I guess except Lord and Taylor. Forget that! They just lost my business for life. No customer should have to deal with such BS in 2014.
