stuffed rip off

I was about to order two tacos, and I noticed the sign for the stuffed jalapenos. I ordered the small order, which was just under three dollars. The bag felt light. When I got to my friend's car, and we were down the road I opened the bag to find two small peppers and a half pepper. Is that what a person gets for three bucks? Is it really one pepper per dollar??

new 3 cheese and ham sandwich

I had a buy one get one free coupon and placed my order. You need to teach your employees how to make sandwiches! The sandwich looked nothing like the picture that is seen in the advertisement on TV showing cheese and ham all the way across the sandwich. When I opened it up, I saw the tomato based mayonnaise or whatever that was only in the very middle of the sandwich. And there was even less ham and cheese in the very middle of the sandwich. Part of the bread had the tomato based mayonnaise but no cheese or ham on top of it and then nothing but dry bread on each end. Over an inch on both ends was nothing but dry bread. It did not even have any update tomato paste mayonnaise, cheese or ham at all except in the very middle. And the cheese that was there certainly did not look like it was three cheese. It looked like a $.50 sandwich. I made them give me my money back. I was extremely disappointed. What is the point of a ham and cheese sandwich if it isn't on all of the bread?

I've never had such slow service anywhere in my life. Waited almost 10 minutes just to make the order and it's now been 15 minutes and I still have not received my food

Need a Jack n box here!

A Jack n Box would do great in our town, Lexington, Ky. Lexington is the 2nd largest town in Kentucky, a college town, new mall, lower unemployment rate and constantly growing. Other great companies are opening here now. We would love to see a jack n box here, in Lexington, Ky, either near the newer Hamburg Pavillion or close to Fayette Mall, both busy retail hubs. Thanks

Very disturbing

Jack in the Box in Odessa Tx.42nd Street.An employee was asked to throw away expired bread.3 hours later manager realized that no bread was delivered and had no bread for the day.Asked the employee to take bread out of dumpster.And was reused to serve customer,the health department was notified by an employee.Next day manager was asking employees who called the health department and when she finds out there will be problems for that employee.

Health Concern

Went into the store to get my mother-in-law a sandwich and was quite concerned to notice that none of the workers wore protective covering on their hands. They handled food with their bare hands and then handled money. I doubt I will order anything for myself there.

INCOMPETENT!

Store #03221 is completely incompetent! I ordered (drive-up) a cheese burger wanting no mayonnaise or pickle but asked if they would add lettuce, tomato and ketchup. No problem. I get the burger it is just bun meat and dry piece of cheese. I park, walk in and ask for it to be as per my order. Original drive up person says ok. Go back to my car and it is exactly the same again! Go back into the store ask for manager and ask for it to be done correctly. I get it, open it, and there is no ketchup and they added pickle. I ask again for it to be done correctly! By now I am running late and take the burger for the last time. Guess what? They added pickle again and the tomato was about the size of a quarter! Cheese dry again. You guys at store #03221 are the WORST!!! I will drive the extra mile or so and go to IN-N-OUT... FOREVER!

Bad service, bad tea

Just went through the drive-thru of our local Jack in the Box in the 85255 area. No one spoke to us for several minutes, 'til we finally started calling them. Took 3 tries for them to get the order right; one large, unsweetened ice tea!! Worst tea I ever tasted - undrinkable unless you like coffee, which is what it tasted like. Won't stop there again!!

never open on time

I pass by the JITB in Gilmer Tx every morning right around 6am, that is what time the store is supposed to open. We have waited around until 6:15 and still not open, whenever we called the store to ask hours of operation a very rude employee was all we recieved. Will never go back to that particular store!!!!!

ROUGH EXPERIENCE

We ordered 2-ultimate cheeseburgers & 2 tacos to go. I asked for a receipt & was told they're out of receipt paper. Then, drove home & found out there was no cheese on anything! Drove back & was told this store was completely out of cheese! I have never experienced a jitb out of cheese, & not informing customers prior to ordering. What is this?
