Bad experiences trying to cancel

Sounds like this is an ongoing problems. Wonder if any class action attorney would like to take this on. I am sure it's rampant. All you need is one disgruntled employee to tell you what the reAL cancelation policy is.

misrepresented points

I have send an email twice regarding the dark chocolate bite size candy. The package says they are 3 points per pouch, however, they are 4 points per pouch. I have been a weightwatcher member for a long time, and it bothers me first that the product is being misrepresented and second that no one has responded to either one of my email. This is a multimillion dollar business and I cannot believe that no one has responded. I want to know what weightwatchers is going to do about their misrepresented product.

WW Stole money from me.

I had the exact same experience it looks like a few other people have had but with a sneaky twist. I cancelled my account and a few 4 months later received a monthly pass in the mail. It had been mailed to an address I haven't lived at in 6 months! I go to my bank account and discover WW had been taking money from my account for the past 4 months. I call customer service and they say "sorry can't help you other than refunding $42 for the card you received". So in other words they stole $126 from me and this giant corporation refuses to refunding me that amount that is nothing to them and A LOT to me! Ridiculous and so fraudulent!

Erroneous charges & impossible to reach

I have been a lifetime member for years. Last year, having gone above my weight limit as a lifetime member I bought a monthly pass and subsequently cancelled it shortly thereafter as I did not need it to renew for an extended period of time. Today. all these months later, I see an out-of-the-blue charge from WW on my bank account. I am trying to get this resolved: refunded and my account information deleted to ensure this doesn't happen again. But when I call the only published # for WW customer service (1-800-651-6000) and follow the prompts for billing questions the call disconnects. I called back and chose a different prompt to speak to someone about membership thinking that line might work and that disconnected, too. After several tries with the same result I have given up and will now have to work through my bank to get the charge reversed which will require they issue me a new bank card (which all my bills are tied to). What a hassle!!! Shame on Weight Watchers.

Online "Contact Us" Doesn't Work

Signed up for ww 10/3/12, cancelled online 10/24/12. Found out last night they've still been billing me this entire time. Called CS today; cancelled acct for me but said they "have no way to prove I cancelled" and I "must have done something wrong when canceling because it does work." Told them to look at account activity; then told they "can't do that." HELLOOOOO! You're CS! Of course they have the ability to verify that information! They have $132.65 of my money I'm now trying to get back. Wish me luck, people!

Disputing Multiple Charges on my accout

I called into your customers service number 3-28 to let the guy know about multiple charges on my account he said we have been having issues will not go through did not ask my name or anything so how would he know. Next day my bank verified it went through. I called back on hold for 10 mins or more talk with some lady explain to her AGAIN only to hung up on, NOW I am HOLDING Another 15 MINS Gabriel gets on the phone says I have total of 5 charges I said no total of 7 charges told her I need to talk to a supervisor to dispute this she said sup was to busy would have to call me back asked for sups name she said there are so many of them I said you have so many sups and your telling me NOT ONE can get on the phone I WILL BE CANX MY ACCOUNT

Frozen Foods

I got the Frozen Quesadilla's they package 2 servings in on wrapper they stick together and can't get them apart they fall apart. I feel they should be wrapped apart. I had to throw in trash they were nasty. Thank you

No Compassion!

Unfortunately the policy to bill you twice in the first 2 weeks of joining has created a very sad situation for me & it is proven the corporate people at WeightWatchers really doens't care so much! Unable to receive restitution for over $200 in overdraft fees incurred as a result of this policy, I lost a couple days work with no gas & serious down time with several hours in phone calls to various levels across the country ~ Please know that although they may be effective in helping people loose weight; there are other programs out there that do the same with much more compassion & caring than this big conglomerate that only cares about debiting your bank account each month ~ Find another plan!

Freedom of Speech

Why is it that people think that is all about race? If that was the case, our president would not be where he is now. Stop carrying the chip on your shoulders. The constitution allows for anyone to make any comment they feel. If you do not like it, leave this nation and see how it goes abroad (no constitution or civil rights).

Rudeness of your Staff in Terre Haute, Indiana Meadows Shopping Location

I inquired about the weight program on September 14, 2012, at 12:45pm.

An employee, Susan and her co-worker were very RACIALLY PREJUDICED, BOTH OF THEM SPOKE VERY RUDELY ABOUT Jennifer Hudson's success, and I am sure because she is african american. Terre Haute, IN is a small college town and the citizens are not accustomed to an african american being on top.

These two ladies and the entire staff at that location need DIVERSE training to know and understand that all blacks are not what they have been TAUGHT when they were growing up.

Thanking you in advance for this correction, possilby replacement of your staff.
