For 5 months I have tried to cancel my WW account. I can't do it on-line, IT says my account is cancelled, but every month they take the $42 something out of my bank account. I live on the West coast, so trying to get them by phone (the office is on Eastern Standard, apparently) is a joke. I finally got through to them, was put on hold, and cut off. Think several dozen times before joining and giving your bank information!
