I visited the surrey quays store three times now, the staff are rude, they gave you their side while they are talking to you, busy fiddling with their handset, EE told me to go there to pick up a replacement sim, straight away the girl told me that I have to pay £10 and at the end she turned up saying; well I dont have one in stock, same thing again happened and I got the same response..Very rude and unresponsible....

Breaking the law

We purchased a mobile phone over a week ago and have been unable to use it. After calling at the shop three times and still not having a working phone we asked for a replacement or a money refund. This they refused to do despite being against the sale of goods act that specifies that any goods or services not of merchantable quality warrant a replacement or money back. I have sent the information to the local Trading Standards office who, hopefully will acquaint the shop with the statutory legal requirements for Cudtomer services.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the manager and very helpful HTC expert that sorted out my problem today. It took the EE so-called experts on 150 over an hour but I still couldn't get rid of the problem. It took the assistant I saw today just a few minutes to sort out. Other staff in other mobile stores can come across abit pompous sometimes, but not here. Very welcoming, friendly and professional. Well done!

It did not stop there. contacted the call centre on 150 on the new phone and they could not have done more for me..VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very bad customer service

Was in EE store today and overheard row between two customers and salesman. He had clearly sold the younger one a broadband she could not use and, to rub salt into the would, had the cheek to charge over £100 to get out of the contract! Left a very bad taste and I left without making an enquiry, let alone a purchase. I shall be telling family and friends to steer clear of this shop, in fact I shall be telling them to use a different provider as I will be! The only reason I have given 1 star is that it was impossible for me not to give any stars at all.

Further to my visit today I was completed appalled by the attitude/arrogance by all three members of staff working at the store today, I would suggest that some sort of intensive staff training is required not only for customer service buy also in respect of fellow human being's. I am six months into a 2 year contract and based upon the store performance I will never ever use EE again, I have to say I have been very happy with my phone and the network to date. However the disgraceful performance today in the store has severely affected my opinion of EE, if you someone from EE wishes to contact me I will gladly give you the feedback that you need to hear.

Went into the store wanting to pay my bill and there was a rude man who worked there who told me they no longer do orange and tmobile and i have to ring customer services. I went round the corner to the other store and they were really friendly and helped me pay my bill and even upgraded my phone. That other store was rubbish! DO NOT GO.
