no communication
Took my phone into the Lister gate shop in Nottingham to be repaired before Christmas, was told it would be 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I went into the shop no sign of it, tried 4-5 times to phone, all you get is an answer phone and no call back, they are a waste of time
