Customer service is poor...not very helpful ..walk into the shop last week and the young man was just sitting on the computer..when I asked for help..he took 1 second look at my phone and said he couldn't help me..but didn't offer any alternative as to what I could do...the shop not very attentive about answering the phone either. Very dissapointing
