Does anyone ever answer the phone? EE is obviously not hot on communication. Dont just sell - look after your customers.

If you have an enquiry......dont bother phoning the branch, unless you just want to listen to "we cant come to the phone right now"....go figure, a phone shop, that never picks up the phone! Grrrrrrr
