Very poor.

EE as a network may be the best but their customer service is appalling. Their prices are outrageous and dealing with then is like being in a bath of razor blades.

They Do Answer......

I just called them asking if a phone was in stock and they picked up immediately. Very friendly and polite. I thought it should be mentioned since all the current reviews are bad.

was asked to call them to arrange a sim activation and the number just rings off the hook.

very poor at communicating with customers, strange as this retailer business is communication equipment & services, they can't be bothered to answer the phone or reply to you when you leave a message, was looking to purchase a phone but will now take my custom elsewhere.

called them many times now to enquire about having a phone in stock so I can make a purchase, don't waste time as I have done trying to contact them as they can't be bothered to answer their phone or reply when you leave a message, obviously sales must be so good they don't need my business, I will make my purchase else where
