the food in boca raton store was horrible, and the manager Harold was of no assistance, he was flirting with the servers, as I was asking for him, he almost seemed as if we were not there.???

I totally agree with all the complaints above, will not go back! The minute we walked in, we should had left! Not a crowd at all, but still had a 15 minute wait. Dirty dishes still left on many empty tables. My husband ordered a drink at the bar and there were bugs at the bottom of his glass. Food was not like it use to be! Had to ask waiter to remove bottles, glasses and plates while we were eating.

Wow! How Bad can you get!

I had stopped going to Macaroni Grill in Waikoloa Village Hawaii last year after a horrible experience. We decided to try again since we heard that a new manager was there. Well.... It was actually worse then last year!. The Crostini we ordered was horrible. Two small pieces of stale toasts, with crushed tomaotes(no flavor) and a not only completely wilted end of a basil leaf but it was rotten as well. All that for $8.00. Next came the soup, lukewarm and so sour (we had a dried tomatoe based "special" soup) that we had to return it. The waitress was not very sympathetic and just did not really seem to care. So sad for an enterprise that seemed so good for our area. Iwill make sure to tell EVERYONE how bad it is. Please do NOT go there it is a waste of money!

Fort Myers florida

I am writing this because I love the stores in Ohio, Went to Fort Myers Fl. yesterday and you have to do something, terrible service!! I read the google reveiw and all 11 out of 12 describe the same bad service, food was grease, flavorless, poor service in a empty resturaunt. Help!! Please mystery shop this location, read reviews and fire the manager. They are killing your name.

We just returned from your Langhorne, PA location. It was NOT a pleasant experience. The bread was so hard, we could only eat the center - it sat there hollowed out and I am sure the waiter noticed but never offered a new one. The salad had no iceburg lettuce and the dressig was overloaded. Then, the pasta. I had eggplant parm. and my sister had chicken parm. The pasta on both our plates was all cut up!! Unacceptable, and not cheap.

Have been a fan of macaroni grill but had very bad experience at Waterford lakes (Orlando, FL) on Nov.12th. Arrived shortly before 12:30 and left at 1:50 with no lunch. It was obvious there was a problem as others were also waiting. Waiter said it was a bad day. Appeared no one was in charge. It was not busy, maybe 1/2 filled so something else appears to,be a problem. I felt bad for our waiter, looked like,he was also trying to be the bartender, but something needs to be done. Not sure we will go to Macaroni in the near future
