Worst experience today took 20 minutes to pick up phone ,got transferred 4 times finally got a store manager also put on hold and tells me the product I am looking at on line is twice the price that I am reading online. This is the store in Menifee ca 92584 corner of Newport and murrieta road Actually at corner of pissed and disgusted 11/23/2015

Today I go Into Walgreens and as soon as I walk in everyone greeted me.It was very clean and the ails were not over packed with things falling off the shelves .The staff were nice and willing to help.

Marshall Texas pharmacy has to be the worst I've ever tried doing business with. Will never set foot in that place again. You need all new personal in that pharmacy. By the way I had to give them 1 star.

False advertising

Walgreens are a crock. They advertise to support troops but it is funny how that add started after they no longer take Tricare. You do not support the troops at all and have false advertising.

Pharmacy incompetence

I pick up pain medication for an 83-year-old, wheelchair bound woman with extreme joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, pacemaker, etc. Your pharmacy has caused severe emotional trauma by failure to act properly and professionally to fill her.prescriptions. Poor Service! Are Wal-green stores not linked together?

I thought all Wal-green stores were linked together? I have been getting these prescriptions filled by the same Doctor for 2-3 years now. I brought these to a different Wal-greens (25th Street, Cleveland, TN) 30 minutes away from the Wal-greens (Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN). I tried this morning to get these filled to save time from my location. They refused to fill and referred me back to previous location. This made me 1 and a 1/2 hours late for work. This morning I felt as since I was dressed in construction stained clothing and refused service, i was trying to illegally fill a prescription. I do not smoke, drink, or have a criminal record and this seemed very insulting! I will never use this pharmacy again and will let others know. The Wal-greens in Chattanooga greeted me with a smile as I walked in this morning. The Cleveland, TN (25th street was horrible this morning.

Bonus Rewards Program

I have been patiently waiting for a corporate decision concerning Bonus Rewards. You are claiming that I and My Family have Government assisted medical care. We do not and are willing to prove it. Your company owes us 1000's of reward points. This has been an ongoing issue for over two months and you are about to lose a very loyal customer as our record of purchases will prove. Answer this if Walgreens Corporate can find the time!!

Walgreens Sucks

Walgreen's pharmacy on Mass. Ave New Port Richey Fl. sucks. It's a constant fight to get your prescriptions filled. I never have had any troubles at other pharmacies but almost every other prescription is a fight. When you call their customer service and you've told them you have already complainrd to the store manager and pharmacy mngr. numerous times and nothing gets done they say you have to talk to them again not a district or regional mngr. but the same dumb people who couldn't handle it right the first,second,third or fourth times.. Walgreens doesn't care about it's customers

Great customer service

I use the Walgreens in Cochran, Ga. I am employed at CVS Pharmacy 3 blocks down the street, butI would rather shop your front store than ours, everytime I enter the business I am welcomed :) they help me find what I need and sometimes even take it to the checkout for me. I have never had a bad experience at this store. Sandy is always so nice and carries on friendly conversation at the check out. I don't use the pharmacy there, but the front store customer service is EXCELLENT!!!

Pharmacy Service

My husband fills his prescriptions in Sandy, Utah 9400 S 700 E. Their service is the absolute worst. Every time he needs a refill, he waits no less that 20 minutes. Yesterday he sat in the drive through at the window for 15 minute and was not even acknowledged! This was for an antibiotic that was called in 1 hour prior. He came home, I called the pharmacy to verify the rx was ready and was on hold 25 minutes, I hung up! He then went back to the pharmacy 2 hours after the Rx was ordered, went inside and was told they did not have the RX, oh wait, the pharmasist had it! He waited a total of 15-20 minutes to finally the RX. We have heaard these complaints from numerous people in our area. He will be changing to another pharmacy (not another Walgreens. It is very obvious from other comments all Walgreen Pharmacies are the same.

walgreens employee is a joke !!!!

i went in to a walgreens store i go to at least 2 times a week i noticed a clerk following me a few tims just thought she was being help ful well last time i ever walk in a store of theres and i spend 100.00 plus aweek in there on med. and house supplies she picked up a phone called for a mgr. and told her to wsatch lane 4 im in lane 4 by myself with toilet paper really im so pissed she even assumed i was stealing what a way to win custimers

unfair practices

I went to your pharmacy this afternoon & was denied from purchasing a decongestant from behind the counter because I hadn't filled a prescription in the last 6 months. I shop at your stores very frequently, provided my ID & was in the system with all my information, but only tend to get 1 or possibly 2 prescriptions filled per year. Since I'm currently congested due to seasons changing and not in need of a Dr. or prescription, I don't feel you should single out or punish people for not taking a bunch of medications and the wal-phed located on shelves doesn't relieve the congestion.

45 min line at the pharmacy

The Walgreens on 8th street and Lejune is horrible when it comes to checking out their customers efficiently. I am currently sitting in the pharmacy drive through. It's taken 30 minutes to get to the window and it has been another 20 minutes sitting at the window waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I will never use this Walgreens again.

Item Changed

I do not understand why your company would change the Nice Mint Twist Candy! The flavor, shape and wrapper has changed and it is not a good change at all!. I am looking to purchase a box/case of the Orginal Mint Twist before your company decided to get a "brain storm" to change the recipe to save your company money, when all you have done was loose tons of customers, who like the candy as it was. If you can help me locate a box/carton of the orginal mint twist, please contact me. Thank you!

Wrong Medicine

What a wonderful surprise Thanksgiving Eve late evening when I opened my bag to take my medicine to find I had someone elses medicine. It's bad enough it takes so long at the drive up to go all the way home and not be able to take the correct medicine. Scary. Thank goodness I checked before opening and taking. Very disappointed in Walgreens. Never recieved a message from the store manager but I guess the assistant is ok.
