What happened to the Supercuts in Grand Forks, ND? Gina at SuperCuts gave me the best haircuts anywhere, now suddenly it appears that both locations closed. Did they relocate in town?

Today at 9:45 I called the Lemmon Ave location in Dallas and made a 10:15 app. I arrived at 10:10. I was still waiting for my turn at 10:40 and left. They took walk ins ahead of me. They arrived a few minutes before I did without making an appointment . I will never waste my time with these people again. Not once was my presence acknowledged.

The receptionist was very rude when I called in, especially when I corrected her while pronouncing my name, very unfriendly. I am glad my requested hairstylist is very friendly and fun to be with.
