Bad crab cakes

my crab cakes were pancake thin and burnt

The servers in Palm Coast's restaurant, show to much skin and BUTT. My wife and kids feel uncomfortable seeing a thong and cheeks every time a server bends over. This dress code is inappropriate for a FAMILY restaurant. The manager should wake up as this restaurant needs help in all aspects of a clean restaurant.

No service

We went to the Culpeper Va Ruby Tuesday yesterday and were seated in a booth. We got seated, looked over the menu, asked our three and four year what they wanted to eat, helped them with the mazes and pictures on their menus, and we still did not have anyone come to our table to even take our drink order. As there was no other table near us, we couldn't even grab someone going by us. We did catch at least two waitresses' eye, but they turned away instead of coming over. After twenty minutes, we got up and left. The kids were getting hungry and wondering where their food was. My daughter didn't want to leave as she wanted to eat. Even when she started to get loud not wanting to leave, no one came over. Finally, we convinced her that the food at Chili's would be better than Ruby Tuesday. As we left, the hostess that had just seated us did wish us a good evening, but didn't inquire why we were leaving so early. I can't complain about bad service as we received no service.

Military Discount?

I asked for a military discount at the Ruby Tuesday in Suffolk VA, they claimed at this location they do not honor/offer a military discount. The manager stated she has worked for the company for 19 years and was not able to give a discount. I called to the corporate office and they claim the “rule” is they do give a military discount within a 25 mile radius, which really means 12.5 miles in each direction. So I Iooked up how far it is from the closest military installation from this location and it is 10.92 miles. So, thanks for the discount, and as for the statement the corporate office does not advertise this discount I do take exception to this statement as I have seen commercials on television advertising this discount especially around Veterans Day.

Drink menu

This is a question-do all Ruby Tuesday's charge $2.50 for a glass of tea and then another $2.50 for a refill. The location is in Florida and I will comment that the food was excellent and the service was good. My wife and I ate lunch. She had the reduced size steak which was about $8.00 and I had the 6 Shrimp appetizer which was $6.00. I had tea and she had diet coke. Our drink bill was $10.00 while our actual entree was $14. Is this the case at all Ruby Tuesdays?

Loud music

On my last visit to the Saratoga NY RT I complained to the manager that the music was too loud and the tunes were all screamers. What with all the gospel songs? He said the volume was corporate rule! Can I believe this BS?

Food is medium at best. Service always wonderful. Salad bar well maintained. I might think of another place to go in the future. I can't take the loud soul music.

Bad service at Avenues Mall Jax Florida

Waited 10 to 15 minutes. No one came to offer a drink or appetizer. Finally I asked who is our waiter or waitress, the lady said the waitress didnt know this was her area she will be out. Still went back to rolling her forks and getting napkins. We left. But she asked do we want anything to drink. I said no. She asked do we want to talk to her manager as we walked away. I told her nope we will call. no to this place. This place sucked on customer service and didnt value us a customer. There are others to go to by far.

gift fathers day card

went to ruby Tuesday on the 22 of july, had dana as a server she was awesome as well as Jennifer who brought us refills of our beverages while dana was busy. we love the food and wait staff at rubys . please tell Jessie lavoie the mana ger we wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him soon. oh we frequent rubys in auvurn me. ty bob and Rachel barcelou

terrible customer service

On Wed.June 5th my family had just gone to a high school graduation ceremony,afterwards the graduate was asked where he would like to dine, and he said Ruby Tues. this was great for all of us,so we proceeded to the one in Florence,SC on highway 52, there were 14 of us so my husband went in to inquire if they could accommodate, not only was our business turned away, they didn't even ask if we would like to wait.Now you know I get coupons in the mail to visit your restaurant all the time, but it seems you have more business than you can handle, so stop sending them. On another note can you imagine how many people of the 14 we were with will tell of the service or should I say non service they encountered. I am one of the 14 that won't be back.

Salad Bar

I saw a commerical about the 55 items on your salad bar. My friends and I have been so disappointed how your salad bsar has been reduced to nothing. I havee been to several Ruby Tuesdays in North Carolina as well as Tenn and overheard conversations about how your salad bar is not what it used to be. I think if you can bring your salad bar back you would have lots more customers than before. What a disappointment!

management is very rude

have lunch with a friend at the Ruby Tuesday on Ramsey was a black guy I don't know his name but he was very rude and made the lady cry I know I was not the only one that witness him being very rude and brushing her off but it was not call very unprofessional. you're going to lose a lot of business with this man in your business

bad bake potato

okay I was at your ruby Tuesday' s in new on march 8th 2013,,,,our meal was great this time...but as I walked out I saw the bake potato on the ladie's plate..oh my was brown and nasty looking....the brown was the in side and not the skin....I sure hope corporate office look at these complains cause u are looseing custmers....

Salad Bar

We go out often to eat. We have been going to Your restaurant for several years now. We went to get 1 entree (as we often share) and ask for a salad bar for both of us. We was shocked to have to pay over $9.00 for a 1 trip salad bar. I ask why as we have never had to pay that before and was told it was the new prices and we now had to pay for a full bar as a full meal. This is the last time we will order the salad bar that is way to high a price for 1 trip. We do not eat that much. The manager refused to talk to us or reduce the price. You lost a long time customer over this.

salad bar

We are a retired couple who have been going to Ruby's for about 3 years. The one reason we liked it was the salad bar. We went there last week and once again they have added a charge for the bar. The time before it was included with the entree. (ribs,steak etc,) By the time we added that our bill was $30 and that was with coupon. The server stated they never knew when it was going to change. This certainly will cut down on our visits.

The overhead music was too loud. We ask that our overhead speaker be turned off. Waiter had to check with manager. Someone else came to our table and said they would not turn off loud music. We got up and left. Person did not seem to care.

We headed across the street to Applebee's. The contrast in parking lots was amazing. Ruby Tuesday's was almost empty. Applebee's was filled.

Ruby Tuesday lost 6 good customers who were looking for a place to meet on a monthly basis.

raw meat

Ruby Tuesday Old Town Rd. Republic Mo. 65738. 417 732 8640 We stopped in to eat and ordered the mini bites with a salad, when we bit into the mini bites they were raw, blood was coming out of them. I mean raw blood ran out. So we were waiting for 25 minutes to get another order. No one came and apologised until they brought out our order. We did not even receive a discount or coupon for the next time which wll be a long time before we stop again.

Ashland service

Service in the Ruby Tuesday's restaurant on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, was poor at best. We waited 1:50 minutes for our food, which was cold and not the complete order. We didn't have time to send it back. Manager apologized and gave us some cupcakes but took nothing off the bill. People all around us got their food and left before we received our order. There was no excuse and ruined a Sunday afternoon for six of us. I'm afraid we won't be going back and it's a shame because we were regular customers. But that kind of service cannot be tolerated.

I ate at the Ruby's on St Charles Way in York,PA tonight 10/26/12. To be short it sucked. Salad bar was slimy, filthy and unattended. We sat in the bar. The smell of stale spilled beer was heavy. The bar maid had not wiped the bar. My burger came out without fries because they weren't ready? My buddy got charged wrong. My tall beer was 1/3 foam. The general state of the restaurant is filthy. You need to send someone in there to check on it. Your managers there are NOT doing their job. Disgusting, I won't be going back to this or any Ruby Tuesday's. If this is how you run things I can't imagine you'll be in business much longer.
