Service in the Ruby Tuesday's restaurant on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, was poor at best. We waited 1:50 minutes for our food, which was cold and not the complete order. We didn't have time to send it back. Manager apologized and gave us some cupcakes but took nothing off the bill. People all around us got their food and left before we received our order. There was no excuse and ruined a Sunday afternoon for six of us. I'm afraid we won't be going back and it's a shame because we were regular customers. But that kind of service cannot be tolerated.
