2012 dodge grand caravan

My engine had to be replaced and the right rear passenger rotor suddenly broke in 2 places breaking my tire and causing me to wreck. My van only has 59,000 miles and both of these issues are definitely due to faulty machinery and neglect. I purchased the van from Rod Hatfield in Winchester, KY. They have not been cordial or helpful. I will NOT buy another Chrysler product due to the lack of safety for my kids.

Warranty not honored greater than 11 miles from dealership

Last week our 2014 Patriot broke down on the highway in Moultrie. We got the car off the road and placed it into the Walmart parking lot. On Sunday AM I called the Chrysler Emergency Road Service to have our vehicle towed to the dealership and repaired. I was informed by the Chrysler Emergency Road Service that I would have to pay for the wrecker call and my 36000 mile warranty would not pay for the repairs because I was more than 11 miles from Quitman. So I was stranded with a warranty that is worthless. I called my dealership and left a message about this ordeal on Sunday. Finally on Tuesday I had to pay for a Tow and the repairs to my vehicle as no one seems concerned enough to contact me about this situation.

Cheap Trim on a 2013 Ram Truck

We just purchased a 2013 Ram Longhorn, The trim around the fenders are cheap plastic and have already fallen off. The dealer has agreed to get new ones and paint them, however, I still feel you buy a brand new truck and spend $40+ thousand dollars. This is inexcusable.

Customer Service Reps NOT knowledgeable

I was very disappointed when calling customer service especially when they answered the phone so quickly. They are just operators who have script to read and no knowledge or ability to push your call up the chain of command. It's a phone center to vent and that's it!! That's sorry especially after you have bought over $80,000 IN VEHICLES FROM A LOCAL DEALERSHIP. I Believe FIAT is going to drive Chrysler out of business and if OBAMA administration has anything to do with it the days of Luxury American made cars are truly numbered. But everybody that voted for him got a free phone!! HA HA! Fiat isn't giving anything but a substandard product with NO POWER or class, to the American people!

Dead Battery/ESP & BAS lights

On Wednesday June 5, My wife's car, 2007 Chrysler 300 c battery Died, Original equip. AAA came out and replaced the battery, $150.00. When we started the car, the ESP/BAS lights came on. I tired everything on the internet to solve the problem, nothing worked. I took the car to the local Dealer, Moss Dodge, Chrysler, etc. in Riverside. $99.95 Diagnostic charge, If they find out what is wrong they it goes into the labor charge. Steering Angle Sensor went out. $42.00 for part, $330.00 for labor. $372.36 total. On the internet this seems to be a very common problem. Can I expect this every time I change the Battery? $10.00 labor for every $1.00 in parts, really? Not happy in Riverside California. Melvin Burns 951-743-5528 Thank you

Remote key

I have a problem with my key .i keep them in my pocket and there have been times I go out to my car and the doors may be open or the motor is running. Is there a way to lock this out. May be this should be look at and corrected. Thank you

God made a farmer

Your "So God Made a Farmer" advertisement was very good. I wish this kind of message would be seen more often. In this time of "MY Rights" exposing the innocent to filth and depravity, this was a welcome respite.I hope to see this message and others with a positive message more often. Thank you for this bold move. I do not now own a Dodge truck, but your bold advertiseing stance might sway my opinion the next time I am in the market for a truck. I live in a rual farming community. The message was very well recieved, Thank you.

2006 dodge charger

I took my car to rick hendrick in cary jan10 2013 cause it was cutting off just driving got it back on jan16 an drove it 7.5 miles started doing the same thing took it back on jan 17 got it back on jan31 drove it 2.3 miles done the same thing called the dealer the service wrighter sa i dont know what to tell you, got it back to the dealer an had them to read the codes in front of me yhe same codes that i started with. 950.dollars an a payment still my car is in the shop that throughs parts at it then clears the codes hoping the problem goes away. i will never buy another car from rick hendrick dodge in cary. thay sale junk then when it brakes thay dont have good enough tech that can fix the problem. stay away from here. you will feal the same way.

DO NOT BOTHER

Chrysler Customer Service has the WORST customer service department I have ever had to deal with. They do not care, they give you the run around and they certainly do not have any compassion for the consumer. They read the book word for word 3 years 36,000 miles. NEVER call here they do not care and they are cold and heartless. I am spreading the word stay away from Jeeps and anything Chrysler has to offer, they DON'T CARE!!!
