Online Shopping

I placed an order with Burlington Coat Factory and didn't get a email to let me know that my order had been shipped, but when I phoned them, I didn't have an order number yet, they found my order and informed me that my package was on the way and to expect it in a few day. I didn't have a problem getting in contact with this company.

Horrible Online Experience

I made an online order a MONTH ago and it was supposed to be on my door step two weeks ago but it still hasn't arrived. I'm not entirely sure who I should blame whether it's the story itself or fedex. However when trying to find the problem I called and was completely ignored. The phone only rang and I didn't actually get to speak to anyone. I have made many orders in the past 5 years and this is by far the worst experience of them all. I can say with confidence that I won't be shopping here again.

Online Purchase

I placed an online order on December 5 2013, the order was suppose to be delivered by the 11th, I checked the fedex website and tracked the package, fedex says it was delivered but I have not received my package. This was the first time I used Burlington online and it will the last time I ever shop there online and in the store. I e-mailed the customer service as well as called both customer service numbers the e-mail has not been answered and the phone just rang and rang. I am very dissatisfied and will be filling a complaint with the BBB if they don't contact me soon.

complaint

I recently was in the Matteson, IL store, while in womens fitting room trying on jeans, a sensor pin was on the floor and I stepped on it and then having to pull it out of my foot, my foot bled some and was very painful to walk. There was an incident report made by a manager who told me the insurance company would call me in a day to 2, this is day #6 and no one has called yet, I had to see my physician to receive a tetanus shot

WHY I AM LEAVING

I HAVE WORKED FOR THIS CO FOR 3 YEARS. IN THE NASHUA, NH STORE, 101.

OVER THIS TIME THE STORE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. HOW COULD THE COMPANY OWNERS ALLOW THEIR STORE TO BECOME SUCH AN ENVIORMENTAL HAZARD, TO BOTH CUS TOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. THE CARPET IS TAPED DOWN, THE CEILING IS ALWAYS LEAKING, WHERE JUST RECENTLY TWO PIPES FELL OUT OF CEILING OVER SPORTSWHERE, BARELY MISSING CUSTOMERS. THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING, THE ENTIRE STORE FIXTURES ARE FALLING APART. THE RECIEVING AREA IS VERY DANGEROUS, FIXTURES ARE NOT ABLE TO BE GOTTEN TOO, THE ENTIRE STORE WOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IF OSHA OR THE BOARD OF HEALTH WAS CALLED IN. MOLE IS GROWING OUT OF THE CEILING FROM CONSTANT MOISTURE, ETC. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY WHERE IT IS DEPRESSING TO WORK. YOU GO INTO KOHLS, CHRISTMAS TREE SHOPS, TARGET, EVEN WALMART AND THEY ARE CLEAN AND BEAUTIFULLY KEPT. OVER THREE YEARS WHAT 10 PEOPLE DID, DEPT MANAGERS, ETC. NOW 4 DO, AND NOT VERY WELL. EVERY DEPARTMENT IS A MESS, NO ONE TO HELP CUSTOMERS, THAT IS WHY OUR CS SCORES GO SO LOW. YOUR PRODUCTS FALL A PART SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASE. I AM NOW WORKING FOR A WONDERFUL COMPANY WHO IS PROUD OF THEIR STORE, AND KNOWS THAT THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES, MAKES A HAPPY CUSTOMER. AS FAR AS I SEE, WHAT BURLINGTON WAS IS NO LONGER, DOLLAR TREE, AND BIG LOTS HAS MORE CLASS.
