horrible company!!!

My phone service has been disrupted for 3 days because of a problem within sprints network. I have no phone. No voice mail, no text. they have my number is limbo. I have had a minimum of 25 conversations over the last 3 days with sprint employees wasting over 20 hours of my time to get this resolved and to no avail still at this time at 1105 am on 2 27 13. I have had the same number for 13 years with Nextel and sprint. This has been going on for 3 days now. None of my customers can call or text or leave voice mails. It goes to a recording that my number can not connect. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable period!

I want my contracts released with sprint. What they have done to my business and how they have wasted my time with this catastrophic issue this time is the final straw. There is no possible way I should be penalized if I decide to leave because of a problem sprint has caused.

Customer Service

I have been a Sprint cust. For 10years and recently had an issue. The way Sprint dealt with it was to hang up on me and charge me $350 contract cancellation fee. Real smart Sprint see you in court. They are rude, curt and in general pathetic. Spend more time with your cust. Service and less on NASCAR. SPRINT can't suck enough!!!!

the agents at the store and the corp , jus keep blaming each other back and forth and tell you to call them, no call them, im sorry you have to call them. I wish sprint goes out of business

I have never been to a Sprint store that has given such great advice. Sprint in norwich fixes any urgent problem with extensive expertise and patience. Best sprint store around .. Go Here for any sprint issues you have!

Custermor Service

The worse service I have every encountered This is my second attempt to resolve an issue and I have yet talked to a live person and I am being Give the same number over and over to call which I have done 4 times

The Worst Customer Service.

I will be brief as the issue would take to long to go into full detail. 1. the billing office does not stand by what their employees tell their customers. they pretty much call you a liar if it is not in their notes. 2. The customer service team does not know how to explain charges or credits on a bill. 3.when asked to speak to a Supervisor I was given a lead then a Supervisor, then transfered to another Supervisors VM (who never called me back, of course) 4. on the phone for 1 issue over 50 mins and still wasnt resolved, after 4 phone calls the month prior thinking it was resolved. 5. paying out $553.00 over 2 months for 1 active line and one line that was suppose to be put in seasonal payment (9.00/month) and of course wasnt. bottom line: once my contract is up, I will never return to Sprint. I was approved for 10 lines and was going to add my family members... thank god I didnt ! Back to Verizon for me I had them for 12 years and never had any problems .. ever! LESSON LEARNED!

Outstanding Employee REPEATEDLY!!!!

I have had several issues with my samsung droid. I have to say JULIA in your Norwich CT store finds a solution every time, with the loveliest manner and expertise! She communicates and resolves glitches or concerns so efficiently and professionally. I am grateful to know she is there to service my needs!!! Go Julia:-)
