When did metro get rid of all human help? I am shocked. Is it tmobile's idea. I would think they will loose money when cust.leave.rather than give us excuse as to the great deals are due to no humans.What a Joke!
Fall those who are having problems with your Metro PCS come to the 1184 E SR 434,Winter Springs they will help you with anything first metro that will do anything can do warranties and they have the best customer service ever nor only that but The Phone prices and accessories are like half of any other Metro. bought my phone a week ago workes good but i cant use my hotspot on it i have to pluge my usb cord in and use it that way so why am i paying extra each month for a hotspot that cant even be used

I can't get a hold of anyone... all I want to kno why my messaging is not working all of a sudden... it worked till now... n it makes it extremely hard when u cnt have good simple customer service... why is my messaging stopping n not work in I cnt text or see messages??? Needs help asap I'm getting infuriated

I can not understand why an add-on which is suppose to be exactly that added-on, to my account can't be without me calling customer service and having my 60$ unlimited plan dropped to 50 just to have the hot-spot...

Your company doesn't the difference between customer support and tech support! I paid $500 for the S!!!. I've had it for 9 months. I added mobile hot spot to my account only to find that the app is missing from my phone. the best that customer service could suggest is a reset. Practical solution would be to provide a link to the app. I would like you, my Provider to supply that link I value my information. David T. Rogers

Horrible customer service. My bf has metro and always gets a messed up phone. Employees at Metro have no knowledge of good customer service. They are very u organized. I'm glad I gave T-Mobile.
This is not customer service! You can't get to a live person. It's not even a real phone call...doesn't even register on your phone call log! You get a list of options on your phone screen that don't address what you're trying to find out in the least. Ridiculous!

Great service no dropped calls, great price on family plan
