frustrated

I can't get a hold of anyone... all I want to kno why my messaging is not working all of a sudden... it worked till now... n it makes it extremely hard when u cnt have good simple customer service... why is my messaging stopping n not work in I cnt text or see messages??? Needs help asap I'm getting infuriated

I tried to call to ask a simple question and can't get to talk to no one this is ridiculous So if I had the means to buy another phone I would !!!!!

got ripped off

thanks for nothing got ripped off from one of your store then got ripped off from not getting my rebate plus on top of that you guys have telephone numbers that don't work cant wait to get rid of this service will never recommend no one to you guys

HOT SPOT

I can not understand why an add-on which is suppose to be exactly that added-on, to my account can't be without me calling customer service and having my 60$ unlimited plan dropped to 50 just to have the hot-spot...

BAD TECH SUPPORT

Your company doesn't the difference between customer support and tech support! I paid $500 for the S!!!. I've had it for 9 months. I added mobile hot spot to my account only to find that the app is missing from my phone. the best that customer service could suggest is a reset. Practical solution would be to provide a link to the app. I would like you, my Provider to supply that link I value my information. David T. Rogers

I wouldn't own a phone from this mess. Cs is the pits. Trying to pay a bill for someone else . Their automative system sucks. If I can't hang with the big dog don't hang. Go out of business . Customer services what services

Metro PCS sucks

Horrible customer service. My bf has metro and always gets a messed up phone. Employees at Metro have no knowledge of good customer service. They are very u organized. I'm glad I gave T-Mobile.

Are you kidding?

This is not customer service! You can't get to a live person. It's not even a real phone call...doesn't even register on your phone call log! You get a list of options on your phone screen that don't address what you're trying to find out in the least. Ridiculous!

not that bad

the companys not that bad if you cant really afford anything else if you hate it go elsewhere and the store employees will help you if you ask politely and not come in attacking them from the get go yes the phones arnt great and either is the service the store employees get paid commission as well so they need to sell to make a steady pay so dont be mad if they dont help you when its busy they got to eat too

horrible service

Metro pcs is all in all a horrible company. The people that work for them refuse to help you. I got stuck with a 350 phone because they told me buying this phone would solve my not receiving txts issue. Wrong and when the problem stilll occured with the new phone they would not take it back. It is their servixe and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Cant get good service on the phone .my phone is a lg motion a solid phone. They gave a new phone but there towers are very weak and is the reason i get garble speech and hearing my echo. I will go back to better service towers cell phone providers.

Customer Service

I just left Metro Pcs on Pines near Palm Ave. I had a problem sending text messages amongst other issues like the dial pad sticking, phone dialing numbers without my assistance. I was told I had to have my phone reset, one employee told the sales lady that my gmail could sync my numbers. That was a blatant lie, he did not know what he was saying. I lost all my telephone business numbers. I'm very upset because I need to make some business calls now. What am I todo? Why can your staff not be reached? There must be a way to retreive my numbers. I need immediate response.

If you can't get thru to them at their 888# , imagine how the service will be once you (if you) can sign up with them !! Pretty sad there are no numbers for local stores or hours of operation listed anywhere ! They suck is putting it mildly : (

i think metro pcs sould do a better job with their customer service, people dont always want to talk to the machine as it gives you limited options which can be annoying sometimes, if they can give their customers option to speak to a live person will be better
