Your company doesn't the difference between customer support and tech support! I paid $500 for the S!!!. I've had it for 9 months. I added mobile hot spot to my account only to find that the app is missing from my phone. the best that customer service could suggest is a reset. Practical solution would be to provide a link to the app. I would like you, my Provider to supply that link I value my information. David T. Rogers
