Credit

I do appreciate that fingerhut extened me credit close to 4 years ago. I went from 400.00 to over 2000.00. However they are way over MSP and the shipping is outrageous. They exend my credit now and again then remove it. My credit declines everytime they do this. I am going to have to terminate my account.

phone number to close account

800-208-2500 is number to call to close account, check on account info, etc. I had a difficult time getting this, so wanted to make sure it was out there. I went many places before finding this. total time on phone <5 minutes.

Ring

Ordered ring in November for Christmas present not here on date supposed to be delivered and they can't seem to resolve anything will not buy anything else

just ordered a 50" tv and it came in the mail broken!! cant reach no one live when I did finally they said they will pay for shipping and got to the post office there was no bar code for them to scan for pre paid shipping. this is my last time ordering something from them and wait until I reach them monday morning no nice words thats all I gotta say.

Addressed any problems

Each time I needed to resolve an issue, customer service at Fingerhut seemed to take care of my problems to my satisfaction so far. I've always been able to reach them on the phone and get answers to my questions with kindness. I'm surprised others have not found anything but complete answers.

Impossible to reach a live person. One day late on my payment and they charge me 35.00. This needs to be resolved, but can not reach a live person.

DISAPOINTED

ORDER A BIKE FOR MY GRANDSON ON THE 11TH OF DECEMBER ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT THE SHIPMENT IS JANUARY 18 2013....HOW ABOUT THAT...THIS IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND I AM SURE FINGERHUT KNOW THIS. WELL I HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND GO OUT TO BUY A BIKE WHICH IS I BELIEVE CHEAPER...THANKS FINGERHUT

AWFUL Customer service

On the phone for the third time (13 minutes on hold so far) trying to get my account cancelled. Haven't used it in years, but it seems impossible to close, no matter how many times I call or write. AAAARGH.
