Sliders

This is probably the best item Arby's has come up with, since the Onion Pedals. They should be brought back. If possible, toast Slider buns. Just saying!

Arbys not serving Police

I am a San Francisco retired police officer. As of this incident not serving a Sgt of police I or my family will ever eat at a Arbys franchise again. You should of screened your employees better before you hire them.

police officer in Florida

You need to let that employee go down the road after the police deal in Florida. I will not eat in Arby's restaurant tell that employee is let go. I eat at Arby's about 3 times a week. the customer service phone number does NOT work maybe you want it that way.

Frozen bread

The frozen bread used by Arbys is terrible. It's chewy and tasteless. I've pretty much stopped eating there. They used to have awesome sandwiches but switching the bread has ruined it. With such premium prices why are they using a premium bread any more???

Carry Out vs Drive Thru wait times

After waiting for 10 minutes for my order at unit # 1852 a drive thru manager took the sandwiches out of the bag for my order and gave them to the car at the drive thru window. She claimed that "corporate said that she had to fill there in 45 sec. So everyone that takes the time to order inside or eats in can wait forever for their food. Nice to know that I will be a second class citizen if I go inside.

Orange Milkshakes

I was SOOO disappointed to walk into my local Arby's and find that the orange milkshakes have been discontinued. It's still hot (and in FL will continue to be hot for quite a while) and those are so refreshing. Mayvbe you should have your specials run regionally. At the very least, this special should have lasted through the end of August.

management

I have never been in any place where the manager was so mean to his employees. he was commenting on one young girls pants that worked as the casher. Told her they were to tight in front of the customers. they were not tight and almost had the poor girl in tears. he continued to talk terrible to the rest of the kids that were working. he even called one of them stupid in front of the customers. it was at the Effingham Illinois location. I believe his shirt said tim on the name tag. I felt sorry for the kids that were working for him. there is no call to treat any person so bad. he has no business being in management.

need for more locations

Why don't you build a restaurant in the Milwaukie/Ore. City area? There are plenty of sites available.

Dirty restrooms

We stopped at the Arbys at intrsection of US-6 And US-31 in Indiana went to use the restroom and found it FILTHY ! The smell of urine was overpowering, the sinks were dirty, the towel dispenser was empty and the floor had not been mopped in months. This is unacceptable !

Store #445, Beaverton OR

I hadn't been to an Arby's fr some some years because their quality of food is not nearly what it used to be and not worth the inflated prices. I tried them again the other night.., tried their fish sandwich. Yuck. Mundane. Blah. Nothing to ger excited about. It was dry, thelettoce was brown-answered my thoughts-will NEVER go back again.

Bad manager

I went into the Arby's on 29 th street exit. The employees and a manager was talking about other employees. Very unprofessional!! The man, Cameron I believe was his name, was flirting with a drive thru girl so much that I had to wait 20 minutes on my food. Then, my fries were cold. I will never come back into this store, nor would I ever allow my daughter to work there. The language that was being used was shocking.

mother

Store #7624 had the worst service ever! I went through the drive through and asked for two kids meals. I also asked if they served apple juice. The cashier said "yes". It took over 20 minutes to get the food through the drive through and they gave my kids fruit punch!! My kids can NOT have red dye and I didn't realize they gave them the wrong drink until it was too late. Do you not realize some people's kids can't drink that stuff? I specifically asked if you had apple juice. The guy at the window was extremely rude and never explained the delay. I hope my kids don't get an adverse reaction to all that red dye in the drinks.

Farm House Salad no good

Arby's, your toll free customer service number doesn't work. Your website is worse. Evidently you make it difficult to improve your food and your service. I am no longer an arby's customer.

Salted food

I just left the Arby in the Annapolis Mall in Maryland. Today I asked for a meal with fried that are I salted. I was told that all their fries are salted, and they cannot make the without salt. I said you can make a new batch and not add salt when cooked. The young man and older man both said they do not do that. It's is crazy, not to mention the fact that many people cannot intake salt because of high blood pressure and other health concerns. This is very poor customer service in my opinion. I often eat in the mall and have never had this issue at any restaurant. Why can't they make fries without salt?

Ozark Arby's can't get simple orders right

Stopped in hoping to enjoy meal with family after long trip. After ordering over $35 worth of food they could not get their order right. 2 of my orders supposed to be upsized and they weren't and they couldn't get my Numer 17 chicken sandwich right. When they said they would fix order I waited on sandwich. Rest of family already ate n I watched everyone in restaurant that came in after us finish their meals while I still haven't received my sandwich. Thank you Arby's for making this the worst Arby's experience ever and Im sure I will never return to Arby's again as I will make sure I pass it on to all friends.

Arby's roast beef and fries

Arby's commercials advertise the roast beef sandwich as light pink and freshly sliced. This is what I remember when Arby's first arrive on the market. Now the roast beef is served brown. The original pink roast beef was delicious. The buns used to be buttered not now. The fries either one on them are served cold. It doesn't matter which restaurant I go to in my area, they are all the same.

Arby's needs to get back to basics correct this. Courteous staff would not hurt either.
