Poor Service

My husband and I went into the San Ramon store yesterday. He was going to purchase two pair of shoes. We were in the store for over 45 minutes waiting for customer service. There were at least 5 sales people and not one of them said hello,help you today...or even be with you in a minute. We were ignored. We are both older,but good customer service never gets old. I found it deplorable. We left and went to Macy's to get the shoes. No one,spoke one word to us. Very poor customer service.

Poor Service

I went to Men's Wear House because I wanted to rent a good quality tux. It was of poor quality. The suits I wear are a lot nicer. I expressed my concern to the manager on duty at the Brier Creek store in Raleigh NC and he avoided me. Ran away when I told him I was disappointed. I could have rented one cheeper but I wanted a nice one. Thought this was the place to go but I was wrong. The slogan you will like the way you look I guarantee is just words. I sent in a mail to be called and never received a response. Great way to take care of your customers.

Went to the mens warehouse in san bernardino ca the worst experience ever... very rude and so un helpful and this lady is the manager of the store.... she can not handle her job at all worst customer service ever and i hope ur tux fits cuz there taylor isnt here to alter it, and they wont tell u that when they call u to pick up ur tux u get that surprise when u get there... ask ur wedding party not to select mens warehouse

Bad job

We had nine tux we order it only two was right we order from the mobile store so seven was wrong They were too big or to small the two in Tuscaloosa was great I am the groom and my tux was three time to big Jason at the Tuscaloosa store was great y'all need to give home a raise he was very professional and helpful and he fix the problem got my tux there ASAP we went with y'all for your named suppose to be professional in or big day it was a bad experience I will never used y'all again your mobile store is a joke you need new management I need y'all as a company to do something for me because nine tux come on aNd can not even get but two right!!!!!!!! Will be call u everyday and will contact your home office to something resolve I spend almost a 1000 dollars of my hard earn money there
