I pourchased a 60.00 costume, I asked the girl if it could be exchanged she said yes if needed to be but never said you must have the receipt, I went to exchange the costume and was told I could not with out the receipt now I am out the money. I will never purchase from that store again.

Inapproriate Manager Behavior

My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars on animatronics and decorations at Spirit stores. Today my husband was accused of stealing (in front of my 7 year old) by a young manager who claimed that exchanging a broken item for a working item could not be done without a receipt. He told my husband he could have stolen it. We have had such good experiences with past purchases, no one checked the zombie baby doll in the box before it was taken home. This type of interaction was definitely inappropriate and seriously makes me doubt where I will spend my future thousands of dollars on Halloween decor. This young man who calls himself a manager at the Niagara Falls Blvd location in Burlington Plaza, Amherst, NY should be fired. This occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. on 10/13.

Bad Service

store location is at odessa, tx on parkway. the so called manager, collean was very rude and argumentative today over some socks i was going to purchase. i was not aware of their policy to "not open the package" and when she saw me looking at the socks inside the package she yelled across the store at me getting everybodies attention. quite embarrassing. and as if once was not enough she just kept repeating herself. when i finally told her to chill she tried to take the socs out of my hand and told me she didn't need my business and for me to leave. you don't ever tell customers that. then at the cashier station I asked for the corp number and she said she "didn't have it" and i would have to look it up on line. why do people have to be so rude these days. I agree with the others on the rating for this store...big fat ZERO. I won't be going back to that trash place with low life employees
