product replacement parts needed

I purchased a year ago the Bass Pro Big Chair lounger and I need a replacement pin set as the rest of the chair is in great shape can someone please give me the manufacturers number / email so I can get the proper replacement pieces for the safety of my family who love to use this product. I'm not in the position to buy another at this time and if I can get the replacement pieces it would be so helpful . Thank you for your assistance.

Poor Service

I purchased a pontoon boat last year around this time. The first time I used it, the patches of the seats pealed off. I contacted the manager at the store and he asked me to take pictures of the damage. Upon further review, I noticed that all the seats had pealed, the housing around the steering wheel was cracked and the gear shift was sticking. My wife dropped the boat off at the end of September when they were ready to start the warrant work. Since then I have emailed and called the service manager. I have not received a response by email, but have spoken to him on the phone a couple of times. Each time he tells me that parts are on order and will be done soon. Nine months to make repairs is unacceptable. I will never recommend Bass Pro Shop to anyone I know.

Poor Service

Hello, I was recently in your store (12/31/12) looking at bows for me and one more importantly for my niece, since it was her Bday the next day . I had bought a bow there years ago when the staff was really friendly & helpful, since then (about 6 yrs ago) the service has really gone down hill . Anyways, I stood there for I don't know how long, the guy that was working in the area acted like he was so busy and never once asked if I needed help or anything , Needless to say, I have shopped there less & less over the years, but now I just may be done with BP all together , sad because its such a nice store (LV, NV) .
