I purchased a pontoon boat last year around this time. The first time I used it, the patches of the seats pealed off. I contacted the manager at the store and he asked me to take pictures of the damage. Upon further review, I noticed that all the seats had pealed, the housing around the steering wheel was cracked and the gear shift was sticking. My wife dropped the boat off at the end of September when they were ready to start the warrant work. Since then I have emailed and called the service manager. I have not received a response by email, but have spoken to him on the phone a couple of times. Each time he tells me that parts are on order and will be done soon. Nine months to make repairs is unacceptable. I will never recommend Bass Pro Shop to anyone I know.
