A word of Praise

I called the Customer Care Center looking for a particular bike. The gal I talked to ( Liz T) was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She checked 4 different stores for my bike, personally called each of them for me! It was a very refreshing phone call. Oh, and she DID find the bike I was looking for!

Just a comment. We have signs on all doors and it says Caution Automatic Door.

My thought is have it read:

Caution Automatic Door May open slowly

The reason is all the complaints about the doors opening too slow for the speed that many customers walk?

Dissatisfied customer

I wonder who does your ordering. Every time I shop u r out of something I need . U would think by now that u would know how much to order. It is very frustrating.

fed up

All I can say is wow.... I have Shopped at Meijer for more years than I can remember. I have always done so, because I felt as if I was getting fair deals and I was getting what I paid for.

Im on a diet that the only meat that I can eat basically is chicken breasts. for some reason there is no chicken breasts to be had at any store I went to so I opted for the Frozen food variety thinking how bad can it really be...

When I thawed out one of the bags of breasts (Meijer brand) I was shocked to see that the product weight was 60% water. I took the breasts out and weighed them on a food scale, and there was less then 1/4 of the labeled product weight in actual product.

I worked as a butcher for 12 years and I realize that there is some inherent moisture involved in chicken, but nothing to warrant this ridiculous imbalance.

Putting water in you product is immoral and illegal and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Not to mention the fact that 1/2 of the chicken in the packs looked like they were cut with a hammer.

So far two of the 4 packs that I have bought were in this general condition and I am really mad about this. I can afford to pay roughly 5 dollars for a pound and a half of water.

These practices are despicable .

disregard for customer online activity

The download options online for Quicken is outdated and unacceptable by Quicken. We are no longer able to download our statements into the latest Quicken program on our home computer.

Trying to resolve the problem with GE Money Bank was extremely frustrating, first due to incorrect phone number shown on the Meijer website and then by the ridiculous automated menu on the phone.

We understand Quicken charges a license fee. If Meijer is unwilling to accept this then don't frustrate your customers by listing inoperable files.

chocolate milk

Briefly: Kroger almost always has chocolate milk priced equally with white milk. However, we have parted ways with Kroger and are comparison shopping with Meijer and Walmart. This family loves chocolate milk, and is very sad that neither you nor Walmart wants to make it available at a comparable price to white. So! How come Kroger can but you and Walmart won't?
