My Overall Ebay Customer Service Rating- October, 2014

Well, to tell it like it is.. I am Always Honest.. :) That's just, ( Me). I was born that way & chose to stay that way, Forever. I must admit that I may have been upset when trying to get an answer with the Ebay customer service. Truly, if I was in their shoes, which I know I am not, Than I would probably understand a little more of what they were saying to me? I know that everything happens for a reason! So, whether my problem was resolved or , not... The main point is * It just has not been dealt with" Yet!! " * I have been the most positive person I have ever met in my entire 36 year old life.. The resolution for this problem not yet resolved... Really, I believe is to have Patience!

Worst Customer Service

eBay's customer service doesn't exist! These insipid people aren't even from the U.S.! They don't care about any of us no matter what the problem is! I have never been satisfied in any sense of the word and what they call help isn't. I have been mistreated by seller and buyer alike and there has never been appropriate action by eBay! I will finish what business I have left with eBay and never do business with them again. I will refer all of my future business to Amazon!

I would like to talk to someone in person from ebay that is English speaking and from Corporate office to check on the validity of a purchase as from reviews it seems skechy their follow up support if something is wrong with a purchase. I want to be proactive on a purchase not filing a complaint after, just need to be able to have reassurance. There is supposed to be fraud protection but they keep asking for more money.

Stolen goods

Purchase thru eBay I found weeks later had been reported as lost/ stolen. No help from seller or eBay. eNays did nothing but give me the runaround

received goods scratched

i am trying to talk with someone at e-bay about how to get back to the seller about a camera lens i bought but when i received it the lens was scratched. I am frustrated that i cannot talk to a real person at e-bay, the messages they give you are so fast you cannot understand what they are saying

there phone numbers for corperate do not work at all. EBAY no longers wishes to spek with customers themselves they farm you out to third world countrys who dont give a damn about you or your issue.
