Trying to find where I can change my address. For something so simple, website not very user friendly.

I was there to have a couple keys made. No one in dept so called on the phone. Two clerks came immediately. One, a lady, was obviously stressed. Went ove to began to make my keys but at the same time yelling into a phone about not having enough help. Very loud -rude--clerk #2 came up asking "just how old are you?" it got very nasty. Finally clerk #2 turned to leave #1 said "you get back here" #2 said she was leaving and did. I would not have been surprised if #1 had smacked her. She is completely out of control. Turquoise shirt--I would not get close enough to see a name tag. She is not an asset to your store. Actually #2 isn't either very slovenly uncombed hair, tie on dress not tied. ....What is happening to FM Newberg?

fewer services and products

I began shopping at FM in Portland when I was a small child (over 70 yr ago). Over the past few years, many of my favorite products have gone away. Recently, the last straw broke. I am less than 5 feet tall, and have counted on your apparel dept for my business casual clothing. When I was told that you will no longer carry "petite" clothes, while I was looking at a HUGE "plus size" dept, I came to tears. You seem to longer care for you long time supporters -- I now buy on line or at Penney's. Shame on you!!

coupons in mail

I usually am very satisfied with my Sandy Fred Meyer store but I received 2 $5.00 off & misc. Good coupons tried to use them at the FM near my home & they are for Gresham or Division stores only. Why do you send these to me? I live outside of Sandy & never shop at other stores. I just got another today! If your going to send coupons to reward members why not make them usable, don't waste the paper! A number of customers behind me had them too & were just as irritated as I.
