this company has a very negative overview and i did not believe it until i experienced it for myself...they have no 4G coverage anywhere and their 3G sucks I can't wait until another carrier that offers better coverage at same or better price comes to town

We are new to Boost and we are super happy that we did the switch. Especially that we met the owners of and staff from this store. They were wonderful. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The person managing this store is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Thank goodness I do not have Boost Mobile - if I did I would cancel it because of his rude and sarcastic attitude. He has probably lost numerous potential customers due to his rudeness over the parking spaces at his store.

Pros Good parking, very honest staff in and out quick to pay my bill without any fees or tax. Lots of accessorys and phones.
I paid my service for the month and I have not had service for 2 weeks. Corporate office could care less. The money is their only interest. I do business with my phone and they refuse to provide a remedy.

I like the fact that they have a good inventory of phones and accesories, I just hate the cold, uninterested service I get when I pay my phone bill there. My wife recently bought a cell phone there that was very deficient in memory and the guy told us she had to have bought a phone that was over 150 dollars to be able to exchange it, had we he told us that before we wouldnt of bought that lousy phone, we just walked out, upset at his terrible service.
This boost mobile does not know what they are doing. The past 4 months Ihave went there to pay my bill the day it was due. Then the next morning my phone was shut off and said that they didn't receive my payment. So Ihad to keep going back down there and get if straightened out. I suggest use another retailer.
Customer service rep was rude and slow. I had a defective phone and the service rep held my phone in a drawer for 5 days until she shipped it out to manufacturer for repair. When I asked her for a tracking # to track my phone she yelled at me and said she didn't have time to help me with my phone. It's been a month that I haven't seen or heard from anyone about my phone. Don't allow this store's rep to mail your phone mail it yourself for repair!! Get a tracking #.
Terrible place to do business with! Would not explain anything to me and kept saying I explained this already. Very rude and VERY unprofessional ! Will NEVER go back! Would not give me his name either. Too many others out there to deal with this kind of treatment.

Horrible. Bought a htc one s. The lady who sold it to us said we had 30 days to return it or exchange it if we were not happy. Well a day later we decided to go with sprint. We went on to try and return the phone when we were told we couldn't. We went in another day and we're to come back after 6 and talk to someone named Feras. So we did, and feras was not there and we were told he would call us. He never did. I have since been in there 6 more times to try and taj to this guy about a refund, but he is never there and never calls. The girls that work there are nice. But I would not go here unless you want a run around and nothing but less and BS from this feras guy.. Well leave a bad review with every other site possible along with boost mobile.

I went to this location and was sucked into a scam. The owner told me that the phone I was upgrading to was a trade in for an upgrade was not broken. I spent over $175.00 for this phone. It immediately started not working properly... Not staying charged, dropping calls, etc. I went in 3 times to discuss with owner, he was not there. One day I was texting and I noticed that the whole front of the screen was slipping down.... He had glued it together and it was not working. So eventually the whole screen could come off, i could see the inside, wouldn't stay charged, kept shutting off, etc. I finally went in his store and showed him the phone, he accused me of dropping the phone and I explained that I did no such thing and he said "are you trying to tell me that you didn't drop this?" I said "yes.... And I'm getting to the point where I'm to report you to the CT business bureau" He slid the phone to me with one finger and told me to have a great day. No refund... No phone. I went to another local boost and showed them the phone and the cover was replaced by him because it had "sprint" on the over which they do not come like that stock. I also told them that he made my bill go higher when it should still be going lower every month. Another scam I fell for. Buyers and consumers beware!!!
I was shopping Virgin Mobile new Galaxy phone. Called around, didn't want to go to lakeland best buy after working late. They had the phone, unlike other 2 local stores I called. Belva retreived my information and ported my number and put case and accessories, swithched contacts all in half an hour. Very knowledgeable. They also have drawings for accessories when you pay your bill there. Recommend highly. I told her son was shopping for upgrade, she showed newest phones in his budget and why they were better at a good price.

I visited this store on two occasions and had a bad experience both times. I stood in the store for more than five minutes and was never acknowledged. I could understand if the store were busy, but that wasn't the case. I will not use this facility again!

I went to the new location at Dixieland on Saturday to get prices on their phones. I was given a price and went back today to purchase the phone and the customer service rep gave a price that was $50 higher than what was said on Saturday and she wouldn't match it. Then I came home and called this store (the one on 8th street) asked for pricing and it was $30 lower than the price at Dixieland but still 20 higher than price given on Saturday. Then the rep ended up hanging up on me. Needless to say, if you want your phones from Boost, not only is it cheaper to purchase them online but customer service is better there as well. I would much rather pay the 5.00 overnight charge than deal with the attitudes of the reps in the stores. They need more training in how to represent their company.
Thanks all for the heads up, I was looking for the address to go there to purchase a phone but I think I'll go somewhere else, wouldn't want to run into that hot head, not a good way to do business, guy probably needs more training in dealing with people.

I just read the review of the other individual on this site. I also was at this business complex and was harassed by the "business owner" of the Boost Mobile over a parking spot. Not only did she not have a "reserved for Boost Mobile customers only" sign, she proceeded to call tow trucks for the public parking within the shopping complex. Clearly, this business owner is not wanting the business of residents of Johns Island. As a resident of the island, I hope her sub-par business leaves as quickly as it entered. Good day bad attitude lady.
This shopping complex has awesome local businesses and I have never been more personally offended, directly from the actual business owner. I am relieved that my encounter with the owner happened within 30 days of needing to obtain a personal cell phone. Whew! It will most certainly not be with Boost Mobile after my 3/16/13 experience. Thank you rude business owner for losing a contract and a local customer over a parking spot.
I went there to get my iphone unlocked and these guys really provide me the great customer service. They even print directions for me where i was gonna go. They not only unlocked my phone but also clean it for no charge. Highly recommend them for any cell phone purchase or issues.

I bought my phone at this store and a week later it stop working. I lost the receipt, so they told me it was my lost and that they would not do anything to help. I had to contact Boost to resolve the issue. There are many stores out there, do not purchase from this one.
I visited this location briefly to have a look at the Samsung Galaxy s2. the lady i spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I've been using Boost for a year now, moved over from Sprint and the reception has been very good. I love the lower price and around wilmington and raleigh, I get great reception.
The Employees here were great. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the doors. They have everything in this store for a phone that you can think of. Not only that their prices are very reasonable and the guy gave me $10 off my purchase for no reason. How sweet is that!
I hooked up my new HTC evo 4G by myself, messed up my plan. I went to this store and he called customer service an explained the situation to Boost Mobile call center, and my bill was credited and fixed. Very nice
I purchased a phone from the Cellular Point Boost kiosk at Eastpoint Mall on Jan. 2, 2013. They offered a one month gaurantee against defects. 2 1/2 weeks later the speaker phone volume was very low, not like it was a short while ago. A few days later I noticed the volume on the earpeice would not adjust. It was on full volume. I took it back to the kiosk where it was purchased 29 days ago and they told me her boss has a one week gaurantee in which I have never heard of a one week warranty. I am in the process of contacting Consumer Protection and BBB in which I will get satisfaction. DON"T DO what I did, Cellular Point Eastpoint is not where you want to purchase a phone and get a one week gaurantee. I hope this review helps many not to get burned. This is ridiculous.

If you feel like driving around for a wi-fi signal and half your texts dont go through and get cut off during important conversations with very long loading time for anything this is for you. Ever wonder why its cheaper than Criket. As soon as im able im going back to verizon!!! You get what you pay for!

your store sold me a defected phone, not only it was defected,the sales girls did not give me my receipt and the package did not include the charger! when I came to return the phone a girl named Carmen told me I could not return the phone because I did not have the charger! I explain to her the chrager was not in the package and she insult me by telling me that charger cost over $30.00! give me a brake I paid $29.00 for the phone don't tell me the charger cost $30/00! Ive been with Boost for over 10 years I have many chargers why would I want to steal a charger? I told her the charger was not in the package she said she has never seen a phone without the charger! Well Ms Carmen there is always a first time where the company did not include the correct product in the package! I will never go back to the store at Beaver Ruin Rd! they are not professional! now I'm stuck with this phone that I cannot use!
