Customer service rep was rude and slow. I had a defective phone and the service rep held my phone in a drawer for 5 days until she shipped it out to manufacturer for repair. When I asked her for a tracking # to track my phone she yelled at me and said she didn't have time to help me with my phone. It's been a month that I haven't seen or heard from anyone about my phone. Don't allow this store's rep to mail your phone mail it yourself for repair!! Get a tracking #.
