Don't pay your plan at store they rip you off. My plan is 49.99 they charge me at the store 55.00. their trying to make extra money, I guess!

I don't know what kinda phone distributor is only open til 3 on a Saturday when its about the only time some people can make it. They have lost me and my wife's business. Its sad actually!!!

I went there a few weeks ago to fix my zte max screen and they were able to fix it the same day. They provided great customer service.

I had broken my boost mobile moto g and the young lady yadi was so kind and helped me upgrade to a better phone for a cheap price in total I payed $90 for the phone and service plus I recieve a free case .

Paid over $200 to get my led screen replaced. Promised it would be 5-7 days and it took 2 weeks. After I finall got the phone back it only worked 2 days and when I went back in the store was advised it was not under warranty and it was my case that messed it up... What a ripoff...

Please staff this office with workers who can provide service during normal business hours such as 10am to 6pm. I have tried on three different occasions and office door closed.

I got a new phone from my husband for Christmas. Since today was my day off I went to get my phone Actived. There were a fair amount of people in the shop so the women working there ask me to come back in a few minute. Well when I returned ready to get my phone, I recieved a phone with a broken screen. Its not okay!! I am furious and very disappointed. I DON'T think I'll be returning here anytime soon.

I went into the store and the girl was very helpful she answered all my questions and got all my problems resolved she did a great job I definitely recommend this store I've been to the store in Ansonia and they didn't do as good as a job as Naugatuck on rubber Avenue

This location is no longer a Boost mobile retailer. They are also rude and unhelpful.

They have been promising to open (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and now friday.) so I could make a payment. They told me they were moving from the other location. I found out from someone else that the other store was still open, so I went there to make a payment. My phone is on now thanks to the Boost Mobile next to Albertsons. My phone has been off for a week because I haven't been able to make a payment, then I find out that the other store was actually opened and the other store lied about it so I would go to their store instead of the one that was open. Aparently my money is more important that me having service. Dishonest.

We are asked by the worker if we need help and we say yes, we are looking for a phone with flash that takes good pictures and the worker shows no interest in helping us then he says might as well buy a camera....that was extremely rude and unprofessional

These guys will go past -above and beyond to get your business..keep you loyal and provide service for a little store that some of the "big guys" could learn alot from. I will try to do all of my business from them..excellent find in the rebirth of the downtown segment of town!

As , a result of a malfunctioned gadget I had to return an item , I had a busy day ahead of me so I tried to get there as soon as it opened he was RUDE and almost 30 minutes late opening ! He told me he was BUSY and to wait till the sign was on .

Since when does Boost Mobile charge activation fee?. I told the representative that if I call the 800 number they do not charge activation fees. The rep offered to reduce the fee but still wanted to charge me. This guy is crazy and rude.

I took an iPod with broken interface glass and had it professionally repaired. I am satisfied with the quality of work and service. When the iPod did not want to open up the service tech took it back and worked on it until it was working well. Thank you.

So female workers are to busy trying to get men to take them out to actually work I went to pay my bill at 6pm and waited for a text called again at 7:30 and they said oh sorry we were busy.....umm I went in one customer two workers,,,,,I guess you have too have a stick and two balls to get service here,,,,,,

I had a great experience with the service at the boost store on south Main Street! The service representive went above and beyond to meet my expectations.

this store compared to another boost mobile store, sold me a phone for $70 while the other store sold the phone for $50. Whoever the owner of this store is, they do not feel bad over charging customers.

I went black Friday shopping thinking I was getting a great deal but got charged for everything that was supposed to be included in their so called bundle. Check your receipt before you leave they well jip you if you don't pay attention closely.

I absolutely love this Boost store. I used to live around the corner from there so I always went into the store to pay my phone bill. The woman that works there (I forgot her name) is awesome, sweet, nice, and caring. She also knows everything there is to know about the phones,plans,etc.

Please open the hours you say you will open. We have been here for half an hour waiting for someone to open so that bills can be paid. The sign says OPEN but no one is inside and there is no notice or note on the door to indicate if employees are out for lunch. We call the business telephone number and no one answers and mailbox is full. What kind if foolishness is this????

I purchase a kyocero Hydro from these guys only to return it 5 days later because it was inoperable. They gave me another which I brought back 3 days later b/c it also was inoperable. I could not make or hang up phonecalls, no dialpad available. The owner told me it was my problem and that I had to send it to the manufacturer and wait for them to repair it. Unacceptable. I left and went somewhere else, bought ANOTHER phone. I will never spend another dime in this place and recommend you dont either, unless you enjoy being shafted out of your money.

This store sold me a Samsung Galaxy SII. Said it was brand new. It was not new!! A used piece of sh**. Do not do business with them. You will get ripped off big time....

I bought my samsung S2 from this location, 6 months later phone starts acting up them completly won't charge any more. I take phone back to the store to see if they can look at it. The girl working has no clue about anything and says they can send it off for repair and will take 3 days. I had to pay 45 bucks right then and it had to be cash only. It takes 7 says for me to get phone back and the same day I get it back it starts flashing message charging paused, voltage too high. Few days later it quits charging again! Oh and the girl already told me there was no warranty which is not right. So i'm out 45 bucks and 6 month old phone that still don't work. I will never go back to this boost location again because they don't care about there customers at all.
